Creating content should be fun! It's easy to see when reactors aren't being genuine. If you guys aren't having fun reacting to BTS content anymore, it's perfectly valid for you to explore creating other types of content. It's your channel! You can and should do whatever makes you happy! Hopefully your army viewers won't give you a hard time about this. We all know how some army can be a bit, ahem, passionate. However, you should also know that a lot of army, myself included, are really only interested in BTS when it comes to reactions. Army is so diverse in age, ethnicity, gender, interests & hobbies - we find a commonality in our love for BTS. So you should probably expect a drop in viewership, but I sincerely hope you don't get disheartened! I wish you the best of luck going forward!

You shouldn't have to justify any of your actions. It's evident from your content that you genuinely enjoy BTS. The gatekeepers can be ruthless but they don't represent the bulk of "Army". you can still hang out with other reactors on discords and twitch like one of us if you want. i totally understand it must hurt when we leave but you can still make streams and other stuff to stay connected and we can talk about the exciting things going on. you are not alone i think many reactors struggles with it

I empathize with you. Being a content creator doesn't have to be restricted to reacting it can also be just enjoying new releases together. Going forward during the next couple of years those who actually were using BTS will be abandoning them so we will miss sharing BTS content with those who are sincere. Hoping that in addition to the new content, there still will be times to for us to be ARMY together.

Well said bro. It's just sad that a quite large % of army don't understand that making content solely on reactions, let alone a single topic (even one as HUGE as BTS) isn't sustainable. Videos get demonetised due to copyright so the only way to truly survive is from fan funding, there is obviously zero creative freedom in reacting to anything as well. So it truly becomes the equivalent of flogging a dead horse if it is your sole income. The "most popular" reactors generally come in 2 ways... people who are MEGA fake and exaggerate the crap out of their reactions and it's kinda sad to see people buy into it tbh... it seems to come from a need to seek validation in some weird way. And the other is people who have full time jobs while making the content so the need for $$ doesn't hit them as hard while they try to grow. But long term ALL reactors need to move to different content in order to make money on youtube, so people need to enjoy you for you and while maybe doing 1 BTS video a week you need them to click on your other monetisable videos... sadly most ARMY won't do that. It does also mean that your journey with BTS is kind of a job... i couldn't imagine my journey being like that. I binged the absolute crap out of their MV's when my wife showed me them... i also watched a fair few runs and bon voyages and while entertaining... with limited spare time between work, family and other hobbies it wasn't something that I was able to fully dive in to long term (i do still see plenty of little highlights from the shows though). And then i binged the entire BTS back catalogue of songs (including solos) from start to finish while gaming... jump onto Football Manager and listen to BTS, Motorsport Manager and listen to BTS, Planet Zoo and listen to BTS. That freedom can be everything. Now write us a song that i can lay down some vocals on a chorus or bridge already lol

I really get and understand most of this. I have no real opinion one way or the other because you guys need to do what you need to do. The only thing that's confused me slightly you said part of the problem was creating content was feeling more like a job and then you literally said that it is your job because it's your only source of income So it either is your job or it isn't your job and that lost me a little bit.
To clarify when I said it shouldn’t feel like a “job” better phrasing would have been “chore” creating content of any kind should be fun and allow you to be passionate about it. If it starts to lose it’s fun and u start to lose your passion then it goes from feeling fun and exciting to more like a chore or like you “have” to do it. Hope this makes more sense 💜

I did come here because of BTS, but I'm always open for other content and the glass-blowing thing Really interests me (I used to sell a product called Princess House whi), ch was hand-blown and also lead crystal products mostly - as a side job - a long time ago. I actually got to try it out in their factory in West Virginia. It's harder than it looks but was fun at the same time.). As others have said, LOVE YOURSELF first, enjoy whatever music you want (and hopefully still BTS, and live Your life). I create a different kind of content but I've also been wondering why I'm doing it and I have way less followers and views than reaction channels do. lol I think a lot of it has to do with coming out of the pandemic and trying to find our way again, but I don't think that is the only reason. I watch so many reactors and try to support their journey along the way but your channel is one that I never felt your reactions were that genuine . Maybe your explanation on why you have decided to go into a different direction could have been better in my opinion. However I do wish you success with your channel, just wish you hadn’t used BTS to get there ❤
I'm honestly shocked by your comment. I'm VERY picky about which reactors I watch, and I think this was one of the best channels in terms of the time they took to actually discuss the songs in depth. I have seen reactors who just literally sit and watch the content in silence and then say 'That was great!' at the end. I really don't think they would have sat and watched & discussed BTS content for hours on end if they were not genuine reactors. I have seen another reactor state exactly the same thing in that he felt his channel was basically turning into a BTS vehicle and his personality & creativity were being suppressed.

I only discovered these guys recently and from everything I’ve seen, I actually truly believe these guys were the real deal. Seriously if you don’t think they were legit, I don’t know what you were watching cause all I saw was respect and love for BTS.. As for this video, I’ll be honest, I am really disappointed and devastated about the lack of BTS content but mental health definitely comes first… 💜

I think a lot of us that watch reactors forget that a reactors journey into BTS is different from ours. Our journey wasn't documented and we got to go down this rabbit whole at our own pace. We got to enjoy the guys and all the content we could without the pressure of recording it. We also got to deal with real life issues without being questioned. I would hope that anyone watching will remember that for any of the BTS reactors and be a bit more understanding... I know a lot of us are. That being said... Do what is best for you. We don't all JUST listen to BTS. BTS would encourage you in that, as will I. 💜💜💜

I think we need to stop expecting every reaction channel to become a k-pop or BTS channel. There's nothing wrong with coming to a channel and asking for a certain reaction video, but it becomes a problem when you start to get nasty and call them clout chasers when they don't upload videos of said content back to back. Not every reactor is going to want to upload the same thing every time and like Zani? (Sorry, I'm not too familiar with this channel, so excuse me if I get something wrong) said "it's okay if you came here for BTS reactions and it's okay if you want to unsubscribe because we not meeting your expectations. But I want to be able to explore new things and upload them for you, guys. Reaction videos just limit our creativity." Reaction channels should be allowed to explore and create more content and it's fine if you are just here for the BTS reactions videos (I'm also subscribed to a few UA-camrs for a certain type of content), but don't expect them to become a full-blown k-pop channel because again, not every reactor is going to want to post the same thing... If they do want to upload the same thing, then great. It works for them. Just don't be nasty, at the end of the day, they're human beings and have a life outside of UA-cam... Wooo, sorry for the rant. This has just been weighing heavy on me - since I have seen people turning on certain reactors for getting the simplest information wrong or when they didn't upload said reactions. 😶 Like guys, it's okay just respectfully correct them in the comments...

This people, who are making mean comments should ask themself, if they really understand the meaning of the songs from BTS. If someone, does not like a song or even one of the boys, it should be accepted at least in the BTS community!!! I totally can understand how all the work involved in making content can actually lead to a feeling of dread when approaching a new video - and I'd much rather you continue to enjoy BTS (and your other favorites) in your free time than have you lose your passion for those things due to overwork Isn't this exactly why BTS announced their group activities hiatus? You guys were always so real about it, the playfuness of it all is what got me, because you almost felt like the 8th and 9th members in BTS, they always felt (cause obviously I DON'T KNOW THEM) that if they could really be off camera, they'd be like you guys. you can still hang out with other reactors on discords and twitch like one of us if you want. i totally understand it must hurt when we leave but you can still make streams and other stuff to stay connected and we can talk about the exciting things going on. you are not alone i think many reactors struggles with it

I empathize with you. Being a content creator doesn't have to be restricted to reacting it can also be just enjoying new releases together. Going forward during the next couple of years those who actually were using BTS will be abandoning them so we will miss sharing BTS content with those who are sincere. Hoping that in addition to the new content, there still will be times to for us to be ARMY together.

Well said bro. It's just sad that a quite large % of army don't understand that making content solely on reactions, let alone a single topic (even one as HUGE as BTS) isn't sustainable. Videos get demonetised due to copyright so the only way to truly survive is from fan funding, there is obviously zero creative freedom in reacting to anything as well. So it truly becomes the equivalent of flogging a dead horse if it is your sole income. The "most popular" reactors generally come in 2 ways... people who are MEGA fake and exaggerate the crap out of their reactions and it's kinda sad to see people buy into it tbh... it seems to come from a need to seek validation in some weird way. And the other is people who have full time jobs while making the content so the need for $$ doesn't hit them as hard while they try to grow. But long term ALL reactors need to move to different content in order to make money on youtube, so people need to enjoy you for you and while maybe doing 1 BTS video a week you need them to click on your other monetisable videos... sadly most ARMY won't do that.
It does also mean that your journey with BTS is kind of a job... i couldn't imagine my journey being like that. I binged the absolute crap out of their MV's when my wife showed me them... i also watched a fair few runs and bon voyages and while entertaining... with limited spare time between work, family and other hobbies it wasn't something that I was able to fully dive in to long term (i do still see plenty of little highlights from the shows though). And then i binged the entire BTS back catalogue of songs (including solos) from start to finish while gaming... jump onto Football Manager and listen to BTS, Motorsport Manager and listen to BTS, Planet Zoo and listen to BTS.
That freedom can be everything.
Now write us a song that i can lay down some vocals on a chorus or bridge already lol

I really get and understand most of this. I have no real opinion one way or the other because you guys need to do what you need to do.
The only thing that's confused me slightly you said part of the problem was creating content was feeling more like a job and then you literally said that it is your job because it's your only source of income

To clarify when I said it shouldn’t feel like a “job” better phrasing would have been “chore” creating content of any kind should be fun and allow you to be passionate about it. If it starts to lose it’s fun and u start to lose your passion then it goes from feeling fun and exciting to more like a chore or like you “have” to do it. Hope this makes more sense 💜

I did come here because of BTS, but I'm always open for other content and the glass-blowing thing Really interests me (I used to sell a product called Princess House whi), ch was hand-blown and also lead crystal products mostly - as a side job - a long time ago. I actually got to try it out in their factory in West Virginia. It's harder than it looks but was fun at the same time.). As others have said, LOVE YOURSELF first, enjoy whatever music you want (and hopefully still BTS, and live Your life). I create a different kind of content but I've also been wondering why I'm doing it and I have way less followers and views than reaction channels do. lol I think a lot of it has to do with coming out of the pandemic and trying to find our way again, but I don't think that is the only reason. I watch so many reactors and try to support their journey along the way but your channel is one that I never felt your reactions were that genuine . I'm VERY picky about which reactors I watch, and I think this was one of the best channels in terms of the time they took to actually discuss the songs in depth. I have seen reactors who just literally sit and watch the content in silence and then say 'That was great!' at the end.
I really don't think they would have sat and watched & discussed BTS content for hours on end if they were not genuine reactors.
I have seen another reactor state exactly the same thing in that he felt his channel was basically turning into a BTS vehicle and his personality & creativity were being suppressed.
I respect your opinion, I just simply go by gut feeling as I’m sure you do. Right or wrong this is just my feeling and I truly do wish all creators the best.💜

I think a lot of us that watch reactors forget that a reactors journey into BTS is different from ours. Our journey wasn't documented and we got to go down this rabbit whole at our own pace. We got to enjoy the guys and all the content we could without the pressure of recording it. We also got to deal with real life issues without being questioned. I would hope that anyone watching will remember that for any of the BTS reactors and be a bit more understanding... I know a lot of us are.
That being said... Do what is best for you. We don't all JUST listen to BTS. BTS would encourage you in that, as will I. 💜💜💜

I think we need to stop expecting every reaction channel to become a k-pop or BTS channel. There's nothing wrong with coming to a channel and asking for a certain reaction video, but it becomes a problem when you start to get nasty and call them clout chasers when they don't upload videos of said content back to back.
Not every reactor is going to want to upload the same thing every time and like Zani? (Sorry, I'm not too familiar with this channel, so excuse me if I get something wrong) said "it's okay if you came here for BTS reactions and it's okay if you want to unsubscribe because we not meeting your expectations. But I want to be able to explore new things and upload them for you, guys. Reaction videos just limit our creativity." Reaction channels should be allowed to explore and create more content and it's fine if you are just here for the BTS reactions videos (I'm also subscribed to a few UA-camrs for a certain type of content), but don't expect them to become a full-blown k-pop channel because again, not every reactor is going to want to post the same thing... If they do want to upload the same thing, then great. It works for them. Just don't be nasty, at the end of the day, they're human beings and have a life outside of UA-cam...

This people, who are making mean comments should ask themself, if they really understand the meaning of the songs from BTS. If someone, does not like a song or even one of the boys, it should be accepted at least in the BTS community!!! I totally can understand how all the work involved in making content can actually lead to a feeling of dread when approaching a new video - and I'd much rather you continue to enjoy BTS (and your other favorites) in your free time than have you lose your passion for those things due to overwork
Isn't this exactly why BTS announced their group activities hiatus? It's not just the military thing; as RM said, and the rest echoed, they need the freedom to take a break and explore other things in order to continue to be their best as BTS in the future

You guys were always so real about it, the playfuness of it all is what got me, because you almost felt like the 8th and 9th members in BTS, they always felt (cause obviously I DON'T KNOW THEM) that if they could really be off camera, they'd be like you guys.
