- Today we’re checking out three different Starlight Distillery products. The bottled in bond is their 100 proof, aged 4 year product. The Honey and Vino de Naranja are two specialty cask finishes. These range in age from 4-6 yrs and each are bottled at barrel proof which on avg (based on your release) at roughly 110 proof. Is Starlight the next best thing in the Bourbon world? Man, great video Judge. Thanks for the shout out ! I just cracked open the Starlight Single Barrel Bourbon finished in Calvados Barrels. Man oh man! So good !! Notes of apple, pear, caramel, vanilla ice cream. Its really delicious. Starlight is truly changing the game ! Salad !

Adam - funny you ask. I got a bottle the day after I recorded this episode. Its a really unique bourbon. Reminds me of french Toast with tons of cinnamon. I enjoyed it tho. Cheers

Hey Bourbon Judge. Awesome Videos! Leaving for Louisville tomorrow Aug 27th from Nor Cal. I would love to bring home a bottle of Starlight to share with by bourbon buddies. No Starlight in Ca. What would be some SL top choice picks as of summer of 2022! That cigar bottle also sounded tasty but long gone by now. Have my Peerless tour dialed in.

Excellent- the distillery is only 30 min from Louisville. Definitely grab the new french oak- double oak. I grabbed that one at the distillery myself and its amazing! Also grab the tokarji finish. Vdn finish is really good too. They didn’t have the cigar batch when I was there but you never know. Cheers
