Piraeus also has its spots that I guarantee you will have awesome views maybe even more from the most sights in Athens especially by night. First is the hill of Castella or the small Prophet Elias church. There are some very good tavernas or restaurants and at least one of I know offers the option to eat on its terrace. Where your sight can wonder all over Faliro bay and maybe some more. Even better the view from Piraiki is much more massive. Practically you have all of Athens Riviera to your sight of line. Which believe is the best spectacle all over Attica apart of Acropolis Hill. A must place to visit is the Cultural foundation by Stavros Niarchos or SNFCC on its terrace you can have 360 degree view and see Acropolis by telescope or look everywhere around to the Sea or to hill of Castella mainly. It also has an even more huge summer cinema and in its ground you can sail to a synthetic canal or even explore and find various activities going on. This institute houses the National Library of Greece with documents maybe older a millennia or two. It also houses the National Opera which has miraculous acoustics because it’s so massively lined up with wood. Forgot to mention there are two cafeteria’s on the terrace a summer one and a winter one. There also an abundance of shops with books memorabilia even for kids a toy store with clever alternative toys or books.
Like your amazing video. It gives my husband and I an idea of which attractions to visit considering that we only have about 8 hours to explore Piraeus, Athens. Thanks for the info.
Did you all visit already, I’m wondering how much time it takes to do a lot of these attractions. I will have 11 hrs so I’m curious how much of the city you got to see with only 8
Of all of the places That we are going to see on our 10 day cruise of the Greek and Turkish Islands- I so much wanted to see the highlights of Athens- We will be flying into Athens picked up at the airport and brought directly to the cruise ship in Piraeus-so well will miss seeing this beautiful place- thanks to your video-it as been made part of our vacation thru your video tour thank you..
Thank you for sharing this video We are ending our cruise in Athens and was hoping to take the hop on hop off bus(the blue bus;not there’d) Iwas worried that it does t stop right in front of the cruise ship port. Can you tell me which bus you took to Athens?
Beautiful. Thankyou. As I sit here in Melbourne in a bleak winter I am transported by your video! 👌🍺

You're so welcome!
Wonderful video, Thank You
Thank you for this. I was stressing about how to get to the Acropolis. Sounds like the HOHO is the easiest as it will pickup and drop off at the dock.
Hi there, thanks for the great video! May I know where is the street with restaurants at time stamp 7:44 please? Thank you :)

❤️Awesome one mam❤️
3:56 - Haha... "Boobs"
So is this a days trips worth of activities or multiple?
Is it better to do the hop on and hop off bus or book the excursion?
