True story…his wife dared him to do it one week after taking out a $1M life insurance policy on him without his knowledge. She now has a new (bigger) boat named “He Gone” that she bought with the insurance money and video proof that he is a contender for the Darwin Award.
we really need a little more information to calculate what the impact and physics of this dive ...let's say the boat was traveling at 15 - 20 mph forward ......he dove into the water, in the opposite direction at a push off speed ( which we don't exactly know ) then subtract the push off speed and that was the speed he entered the water.....also a lot depends on his dive entry angle .......which looked more downward and might be why he wore no life jacket ....when the waters surface is already broken up and chopped by the prop, it might have actually helped break the surface upon entry .....this stunt still looks way too risky , as internal organs, neck and spine injuries seem most likely !!!
@@hutch40oz ok, 35 mph forward speed.....so for a person weighing about 160 lbs, ( guessing your weight ) hitting a solid surface at 30 mph ( subtracting 5 mph push off) , it results in an impact force of approx. 12,500 newtons......water is 2.5 times less dense than concrete, so the impact force would still be very high, taking into account the surface tension of the water and the area over which the impact occurred ( form of the dive at entry ) ..... it looked like a fairly smooth entry , but any injury really comes down to pure luck of the churning water after the prop.......should have felt approx. like a 10 meter platform dive, but with more force to the front side of your body upon entry ....... can you tell us a little more of what it was actually like....thanks
It hurt, no injuries or bruising, I was about 190lbs at the time, but apparently I have been eaten by a shark and dead ..... ha ha. I think u are correct tho with my entry in, if I would have done a "belly flop" , it would have been Much Worse
how about you shut up!!😊😊 probably feel real tough sitting behind a screen while this man is doing something cooler than anything your entire bloodline ever has.
He later remembered he was the only one on board.

That explains the end. She didn’t even turn back. What a two tiered system 🤣🤑
This wouldn't even come close to killing someone.
@@bigwon5883 Really? With no life jacket and the boat keeps going? Is it something you would bet your life on? If so, do it, prove it, and post it.
