Shaping the Future of Social Digital Services in Azerbaijan (English)

  • This was the sixteenth webinar of the "Talking interoperability" dialogue series and focused in Azerbaijan. One of the key objectives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan is to streamline and digitalize social service processes through innovative solutions. Over 90% of social services in the country have already been digitalized, with several new digital projects now underway. The presentation will cover the electronic services and digital initiatives in the social sphere and the interoperability architecture of the different systems.

    The "Talking interoperability" dialogue series is organised by the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI). These meetings aim to facilitate in-depth technical conversations around designing for interoperability in the social protection sector. By bringing together digital social protection and technology experts from government agencies, software vendors, system integrators, and international organisations, they aim to promote peer-based learning and problem solving.
