I love how a 2 bed apartment in NYC could cost this, but you can be totally immersed in nature with these views and serenity for $10.8m
NYC is overpriced and overrated would much rather live here
You'd probably also have to be a loner without a job (not that you need one with 10 million) cause travelling anywhere would be a pain in the arse.
You could also immerse yourself in nature with a $20 tent.
@@slaiyfershin look up the address in maps, this house is in the city.
You get felix the garbage man too in nyc . Cant beat that deal for the price
This place was sold for 6.3M before AD posted it.
Rip
A fair price in my opinion
Yeah I remember that it jump to 7M but still before this video was posted
Probably could have sold it for $10.9M if he didn't sound like a bored/soulless agent xD
@@justdennis8775 LOL yeah he’s super blah
I thought something was off with this video but I couldn't figure out what until I started analyzing the words he used.. this would be so much better if it was narrated by an actual architect and not a seller..
Take a shot every time he said "element". Its a fracking shelf. The editing was atrocious as well: slow down. Establish where TF we are before you montage the cuss out of the scene.

My son could do a better job presenting. 🙄 he doesn't know crap about interior design but at least his VOICE is inviting and warm. He has a good vocabulary also.

I have to admit: very impressive house! An outdoor hottub would fit in perfectly. Although I wonder what that location would be like in a storm
Same....
Stormy, I suppose.
I've watched so many episodes of AD, and somehow I've watched this like 5 times already. I love Seattle, WA and this house just captured my heart. I love how private the location is. The scenery, the designs, the colours, the space, big windows with magnificent views-each windows had different views, and it's like a painting on the walls. I wish I am filthy rich and live here with my loved one.
The thumbnail honestly look like a model home! It's incredibly picturesque!

This property is quite literally my version of heaven. I would never leave the grounds...ever.

Window views are wonderful indeed! Would be for some, but not for me. The design of exteriors of separate housings and colors are what's throwing me off.
This looks like such a peaceful location for a recharge escape!
Lmao what are you "recharging" from when you're that rich...
Love this house. According to Zillow it recently sold on 2/17/2021 for $6.3 million
No wonder I couldn’t find it listed, nice catch. Redfin estimate has it at $9.7MM, pretty big discrepancy from the purchase price.
Damn, that’s a good price if you have the money.
How long until it falls into the sea...
This place is everything!!! Can’t get any better than this . So much inspiration for my own channel , I just bought my first home and Iam documenting my journey on UA-cam!!
When your total property has 4 bedrooms but each one is in it's own house, you should rethink your design.
you're trolling but a lot of super mega mansions are basically large public areas with a number of master bedroom sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that are tucked away around long corridors.
pretty boring but what else can you do, right?
@@pgplaysvidya who the fck wants a house like that
How do they call their kids to come for dinner
Through a megaphone

Looks to me like a vacation home that you'd go to with your friends and each would have their own private area. It's not a family home.

We need Enes to tour this amazing proprety.
YES. So glad someone said the exact thing I was thinking!

I see you AD - giving us all these beautiful properties for us to salivate over...
thank you for visiting my future house
correction: our future house ;)
I will be your dog guys
can u guys start having architects lead the tours
This is my absolute favorite property so far, it's so insanely normal and awesome at the same time. Feels like such a relaxing place, the tram is a little much and I was weirdly thinking that you should have somebody present all the time to help you in case you get stuck in it :))
The scenery is just 🤌🏼
There's Enes Yilmazer, so vibrant and fun, explaining every tiny detail of property and then this dude, high on salty air.
All I'm thinking about is when the sea will reclaim that land.
Yeah me too. The house is too close to the water.
@@rodU65 it’s elevated tho
Lmao compared to some places I've been in the Netherlands and Italy, this house is basically up high on a mountain. Although I wonder if spring tide or storm tides are a thing in that area.
That's why there are 3 houses at different elevations duh.
I could spend all my time finishing all my unread purchased books in here, it's so serene.
Each of the 4 houses on the compound has a single bedroom. That’s stupid.
On the market for 10.9M? yeah, that's gonna stay on the market.
yea, but it's pretty 😄
something tells me that this house was left by a Russian Mafiosi who left America and wants to sell it way overpriced
You never know. There are a lot of people out there who can spend that amount of money on a whim.
Idk anything about Seattle. Is it not a great city to live in? I thought it was good for business. I'm really curious because the small part of the city shown here looks so nice and peaceful. I love that there's beach and mountain too.
the housing market in all of Washington is crazy, especially Seattle. You'd be surprised what people will pay for even an acre on ocean front property like this.
I guess you don't know the Seattle housing market very well. A property like this probably already has an offer on it.
The outside area is dreamy to say at least.
I think what some people are missing on the price is that this is the northwesternmost house in Magnolia, meaning you have total privacy on the north side as it backs up to Magnolia Bluff and Discovery Park. Pretty idyllic location within Seattle.
is it in Fort Lawton? Its so so quiet up there.
Nice place, but this agent has the onscreen presence of a limp noodle
I actually enjoyed his demeanor. The property is the center of attention in this video.
I enjoyed how he presented it this too. I was thinking watching it how it is refreshing not to see the usual over the top boorish behaviour which unfortunately you see with a lot of American narration, especially when it comes to real estate. No offense intended. Just an observation from a non-American.
The view is killer, I think they went too hard on the 'artsie interior decor' style; imo -it should have been more 'open plan'; fewer walls and had much bigger windows.
I totally agree about the widows!
Stunning house, Im absolutely amazed. This house is the complete deal with picturesque views and fabulous interior and exterior. this house is definitely worth the money thanks for this great video.
The aesthetic of the house already looks dated except maybe the bathrooms and for 10.9 million thats not really acceptable 💀
Building a new place in Chicago . This helped with some of the choices with the landscape / hardscape design and interior designer .
The designer of this place was like "I really like Frank Lloyd Wright but I could never live in any of his house" and this was born
The designer is actually the owner. Its a famos architekt who build bill gates home

Omg that magnetic drawer is so freaking cool!!!!
it has big twilight vibes and i love it
take a shot everytime a real estate agent says "beautiful"
Or when he mentions that the view includes water (all of them).
Many funny comments 😂😂😂
I would love to see a tour of this house by Enes Yilmaz.
Same here!
That seems amazing value actually. What a stunning home!
with that house, get a gardener too
Only one? XD
A gardener-team you mean
If you're paying $10 million for a property, you're gonna have a team of gardeners. Kinda goes without saying.
Property taxes are $78,000 a year for that property. A professional gardener only costs $40k-$50k a year to employ full time with benefits.

Why does the whole video looks like it’s a model?
Thumbnail looks like a house in the sims
The fact that it's almost impossible for me to have this kind of house in this lifetime makes me really sad

The realitor sounds like his mom made him give this presentation. Where is the energy?? Such a beautiful estate
4:55 Handcrafted magnetic handle

Imagine growing up there. Amazing.
That view is incredible tho you can’t deny that
I was expecting a more cosy cabin interior as it looks very cosy from the outside. It was a bit plain.
The reason I clicked...
superb, no words can describe
this house looks actually like the architects actually tried their best to make it look beautiful
I find it so refreshing when AD tours a older home or at least on with character. I am so sick of these tasteless ultra-modern mansions. They all look the same and can always count on looking the exact same on the inside. They never have any character and or class.
Honestly, YES!
Just for the views, the interieur I hate.
Really beautiful home.
Who else's screen almost shattered when they clicked so fast on the AD notification?
I don't have notifications :/
Only *one* Sky Tram?! Thanks, but I'll keep looking. 😅 🚡🚡🚡
I would love to live in the studio or the treehouse
Lovely spot and great landscaping, but it's really a niche property and I can't imagine who would want four 1-bedroom homes (instead of, perhaps one 4-bedroom house). Also, while the multi-building style of pavilion layout might work well in Bali, I can't imagine it is quite as appealing in the cold and rainy Pacific Northwest.
I would honestly be happiest in the treehouse.
If I had 10 million and could choose a house in LA, New York, or this, it would 100% be this. Literally who would turn down this home with fantastic views for something tiny with barely any views in one of the other places.
Already sold for 6.3M a few days ago which tbh is a more appropriate price (as if I could buy the house lol)
Spectacular property - beautifully decorated
Finally, a gorgeous property with some character and interesting design instead of being just another BAOB. Stunning location as well.
Hi! What does BAOB stand for?
Quiet speechless with this one. The fact this was sold for 6.3 mil is also shocking. Owner was able to get a 30% discount
Fyi, 10 mil is also the annual budget of the Utah university football team, or the cost of a little diamond chandelier.
I think I found my favorite video in this series of Archi digest. I have never fallen in love with a property before. It's really beautiful and soulful.
Looks like a resort. Huh, how many families could be housed there?🤔
REALLY would have like to see the more detailed aspects of the house rather than split-second clips of them in passing. For a multimillion dollar house, you really gotta show those small details that make the house special
This property is worth every penny! Just beautiful... breathtaking views!
Wow I'm from Pakistan and I love it
Stunning! 😍
I am not picky... I would take any one of those houses... no complaints
One day I'll buy one of this mansion for my mother.

asking price =/= selling price. Agencys often adviertise way higher prices publicly to increase percieved value of the area.

Mentioned you guys in my latest video. If you check it out you're cool 😑
“Just sit and be and restore and relax”....SOLD!!!
The tree house is 5x better than my house
Gorgeous but seems overpriced. I guess it’s just the location.
Yearhhhhh almost 11 mill. dolla. for a wooden house with small cottages around ! :D ooohh ohhhhhh soorry I forgot the tram. :D :D
Some people commented that this house sold for 6.3 million, so the 10 mil price point was definitely overpriced
this house made me cry. Its so beautiful and so serene
Looks like a chicken coup! But dang! ..hella luxurious!
this place is amazing, I don't get the hate. it's unique. a nice break from the overly modern, grey boxes
Beach property in Pacific Northwest? No, thanks. One great earthquake and tsunami will wipe out that property. And that staircase is a nightmare for people with vertigo.
One day Travis, one day.
