Shertallay Dr. K.N. Renganatha Sharma is one of the senior most and sought after Carnatic artist in recent times. He is blessed with a sonorous voice and has a unique style of his own. He was trained by his father Sangeetha Acharya K.Narayana Iyer - in the ‘Semmangudi Tradition’. The recording was done in a true concert setting and captured in two volumes - the first volume consist of 5 carnatic pieces and the second volume has soulful bhajans.
Smt. Charulatha Ramanujam is a senior and highly regarded carnatic violinist. The high end equipment used for this recording has captured her style that can best be characterized by words like serene, subtle and nuanced.
Sri. H.S.Sudindra is definitely one of the finest Mridangam artist of all times. We are truly honored that he agreed to part of this recording.
Sri. B.Rajashekar is well known to brings out the uniqueness and versatility of morsing. He has accompanied several giants in carnatic music over many decades.
One of the finest Tabla player in the country today, Sri. Gurumurthy Vaidya is also our long time well wisher.
