- Fulton John Sheen, was born May 8, 1895 in Illinois and was ordained a priest of the diocese of Peoria in Peoria, IL on September 20, 1919. In 1930, after just eleven years of priesthood, Sheen began hosting a weekly Sunday night radio broadcast called The Catholic Hour. This broadcast captured many devoted listeners, reportedly drawing an audience of four million people every week for two decades. In 1951, Sheen was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdioceses of New York, the same year he started Life is Worth Living. Life is Worth Living ran until 1957. Bishop Sheen hosted another television series, The Fulton Sheen Program, running from 1961 to 1968 that closely modeled the Life is Worth Living series.
In 1979 Fulton J. Sheen received his greatest accolade when Pope John Paul II embraced him and said, "You have written and spoken well of the Lord Jesus. You are a loyal son of the Church." With that last acknowledgement, Fulton Sheen passed into eternal life just two months later on December 9, 1979.
Bishop Fulton Sheen was scheduled for beatification (the process of becoming a saint in the Catholic Church) on December 21, 2019, at the Cathedral of St. Mary in Peoria. On December 3, 2019, the Diocese of Peoria announced that the beatification of Sheen would be delayed.

Bishop Fulton Sheen would be the greatest Catholic Bishop .Read his books and follow his videos and you won’t go wrong .The current Hierarchy at the Vatican and American Cardinals are afraid of his teachings.You can actually be at peace with yourself if you listen and do what he says .I would have loved if he could have been a Pope but evil would not allow it
How can I love something I have never seen or herd?
At the 1-minute 33 second time point did Bishop Sheen make a mistake when he said it was John the Baptist instead of the Apostle John who was with his brother James when they asked for fire to be called down on the Samaritans? Luke 9:52-56 ; That would have been a pretty big mistake for a National broadcast. There must have been some discussion of it at the time. Please let me know if I'm mistaken.

this series seems definetly hacked into, it is well known, there is a movement to discredit archbishop fulton sheen, and halt his canonization process both inside and outside the vatican.

In her diary, Divine Mercy in My Soul, Saint Faustina writes about her vision of hell, where she noted that many souls did not believe in its existence while they were alive. The specific quote is:
"Today, I was led by an angel to the chasms of hell. It is a place of great torture; how awesomely large and extensive it is! The kinds of tortures I saw: The first torture that constitutes hell is the loss of God; the second is perpetual remorse of conscience; the third is that one’s condition will never change; the fourth is the fire that will penetrate the soul without destroying it - a terrible suffering since it is a purely spiritual fire, lit by God’s anger. The fifth torture is continual darkness and a terrible suffocating smell, and, despite the darkness, the devils and the souls of the damned see each other and all the evil, both of others and their own. The sixth torture is the constant company of Satan. The seventh torture is horrible despair, hatred of God, vile words, curses, and blasphemies.
These are the tortures suffered by all the damned together, but that is not the end of the sufferings. There are special tortures destined for particular souls. These are the torments of the senses. Each soul undergoes terrible and indescribable sufferings, related to the manner in which it has sinned.
There are caverns and pits of torture where one form of agony differs from another. I would have died at the very sight of these tortures if the omnipotence of God had not supported me! Let the sinner know that he will be tortured throughout all eternity in those senses which he made use of to sin.
I am writing this at the command of God, so that no soul may find an excuse by saying there is no hell, or that nobody has ever been there, and so no one can say what it is like.
I, Sister Faustina, by the order of God, have visited the abysses of hell so that I might tell souls about it and testify to its existence. I cannot speak about it now; but I have received a command from God to leave it in writing. The devils were full of hatred for me, but they had to obey me at the command of God. What I have written is but a pale shadow of the things I saw. But I noticed one thing: that most of the souls there are those who disbelieved that there is a hell."

It’s a shame you think that way .When you die that’s it.If I make it I am trying and all I have to keep the Ten Commandments and love my neighbour.Once my neighbour rejects me or hurts me I move on without hate .I don’t have to go back for another dose .
