I’m so sorry for your miscarriage. I had one myself and then I had my second son afterwards. I always say if anything good came of it, it was that my wonderful son was born. He’s my “Rainbow” baby. I am sorry for your loss. I know it was not an easy decision to decide whether to share this with the community. I for one am honored that you chose to share. This unfortunate event is more common than some people think. All I can tell you is that you and your husband will never forget it, but God is amazing. He gave us the gift of healing with time and the resiliency of youth. Each day will get a little easier, and one day the searing emotional pain and disbelief you are feeling right now will be properly put away somewhere safe where you and your family can "see" it, acknowledge it and put it away.
