It is safe to say that we do not always need fancy expensive DSLR cameras to do content creation. I like to shoot video with a smartphone as well as shooting video footage of local artists using a gimbal and a smartphone, and ultimately editing with my favorite nonlinear editing software on a tablet. You have a new subscriber.
Good video only problem is the smoothness sometimes. Filming this alone is amazing. Usually when you film alone it means there is the person who cooks and you. BUT YOU ARE THE COOK AND THE CAMERA MAN...WOW you're the best

You make it look easy, but this is actually very difficult and time consuming work! 👏👏👏👏
It is. I grapple with this a lot, cause it takes a lot of time to build these skills and I keep working to build new ones. Lots of mistakes that I try to be open about, but sometimes to be able to do this, it takes a culmination of things I've done over the years and videos I made that weren't as good, and that's hard to show.
Can you show us the editing process of masking out your hands in AE? That beginning shot with all the ingredients was REALLY cool!

Wow so amazing! I am just starting out and learning how to film my foods videos. Your videos are the best I have seen this far. I have hope that I can eventually make my food videos as cool and interesting as yours.
Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that. I watched some of your videos and loved them! Your visuals *are* interesting! And I love the lighting! One suggestion if you don't mind, the clips can be a bit shaky. I'd try using your torso to get the camera movement instead of arms, or if you use arms you can rest your elbow on a surface and slide. That should make your videos even better than they already are!
