Thanks for watching! 😘Comment below with your favorite money saving tip!
When you stop caring about what others think , thats when you start thriving in life. :)
So true!! :)
Very true !
That’s a great quote
I am having my teen watch your videos and take 📝. She has to explain what she learn . What she can do to reach her goal now . Thank you for the UA-cam video. 💐
Love this so much, thank you!! ❤️
Hey Tiffany, congratulations on being financial independent at such a young age. My favorite tip is tithing, because I'm so greatful to God for everything hé has done in my life, so it feels good to give him a little back in gratitude. My goal is to be able to have financial independent by 37 so that I can be able to serve God full-time and also be able to keep been a blessing to my local church and missions around the world. I'm currently doing all of these tips and they have helped me become the co-owner of a store, and just stared buying and selling gold as well, all mean while still having my regular job. Now I want to star educating my self in real state to generate another stream of income. Thanks for sharing this information with others, if they apply it to there life in a daily basis it will be a blessing to them and to there families.
Hey John, thank you! I agree, tithing makes a huge difference. Great job on your progress! :)
My favorite tip that applied to me was...set a goal. When you said you invested money, bought properties, etc. by making a goal, I thought, “Oh, instead of having my goal be save money, I should set a tangible goal.” I know it sounds obvious, but sometimes you just need to Hear. The. Words.😁. Thanks!!
I think you're right Tracie, sometimes you just need hear the words! You're welcome! :)
Pay yourself first and have it set up automatically do you don’t have to think about it. Be frugal and live within your means. It’s a lifestyle 😊
Yes!! :)
Paying yourself first is important. My husband is Chinese, and his parents save about half of their income. I learned that this is normal for Asian families, which is great. I've learned a lot from them, and we plan on increasing our savings to 40% later this year.
It truly is. That is an amazing goal!! 😊
Tiffiny loved your video. The best tip is try not to worry about things not in your control. Fantastic point
Thank you! It's really true. :)
Loved these tips, Tiffany! Especially being happy with yourself, that makes such a big difference in so many aspects of life!
I'm so glad! And, yes, being happy with yourself really does make a difference!
Certainly agree with this! Always think big!
So glad! Yes, indeed!
Fantastic guidance. What helped me the most is changing my mindset to a Wealth Mindset. We CAN be wealthy if we choose to be.
Mindset makes such a big difference!! Love it!
This is so true!
Oh my gosh, I love this so much. Your background, your speaking voice, your tips (that are so valuable to me right now) everything. THANK YOU
Thank you Eden!! ❤️
Here I am striving for 50% and you're upping the bar to 60! haha, very well done!
50% is awesome Jay!!
You explained this well!
Thank you!
Yeah, the cost of living is lot. And it keeps going up. Investing and saving is important. Great video
So true! Thank you!
I also love sugar cookies! People need to listen to advice like this, not the BS from the get-rich-quick "salesmen" masquerading as personal finance gurus. My wife and I are well on our way to FIRE ourselves, and of all your tips I like the simplest one the most: PAY YOURSELF FIRST. This has worked time and time again for us. If we can put that money right into a 401k or HSA before we have a chance to spend it that is so effective!
Sugar cookies are so delicious! 😋😋 You hit it right on Johnny, paying yourself first makes such a huge difference and it's so simple, love that you're getting closer to FIRE! 😊
Wow that's fantastic, I'm currently at around 45%. Thanks for your tips
Great job!! You’re welcome! :)
I do that with my credit cards as well. It is a great tip. Cash back rocks. I use your videos for my daily affirmations, great voice and great videos!
Awesome Tony, cash back does rock! Glad you like them! :)
Very true we do control our happiness. But it is nice to have fancy sports car. lol
😂😂
Wow!! You're truly amazing and such an inspiration! So, so, so impressed! :)
Thank you so much Yes To Tech! 😊
Great set of tips. We do spend money to buy things we don't need impress people we don't care about or care about us. Isn't it crazy how we get ourselves worked up into frenzies?
Love the "Pay yourself first" so true!
Also really liked that you save to invest. Most people don't even save, let alone have a purpose for their savings, great tips, thanks for sharing your mindset on these important issues.
Thank you. It's so true, a lot of people do get worked up into a frenzie.
Absolutely!!
60% is incredible!! So inspiring, thank you for sharing your strategies with us 🙌
You're so welcome Emily! :)
Budgeting is key!
Budgeting does make a big difference! :)
I love your thumbnails!!! 😄😄😄
Thank you so much MJS! 😊😊
Very good tips. I think when I started writing down my goals, I had something to hold myself accountable. Really enjoying your channel.
Thank you so much! :)
Do you still do the roommate thing being a millionaire? Saving on housing is big.
I do, my roommates are great. :) And it's true, housing is huge!
Great video. We just discovered you. I like your tip #4 about having a budget. We actually found that once we were on a budget, it felt like we gave ourselves a raise.
Thank you! It's true budgeting works wonders! :)
Good Tips! Glad you were bold on your date :) I think not caring what people think is my number 1! There were so many times, I spent money because I was afraid to say no.
Thank you Nev in SF. :) You're not alone in that, for sure.
Will you post a video on how you rented to roommates? Did you have contracts; separate locks, were the rents the same, etc?
I do have some videos created already with some of that content, here's one (in the description of this video I have a list of my other videos about roommates) ua-cam.com/video/FFeLg9MZGyQ/v-deo.html
I quit smoking before my son was born 10 years ago. I did not try to quit, I tossed them out the window and never even felt tempted to start back up.
That’s awesome!!
I admire your self-discipline as well as your overall approach to life. Although probably a silly question, are you continuing to save based upon the income you receive from your properties? Are you thinking of buying another rental home or are you looking to pay down the mortgages you have now? Or are you more focused on adding to your stock market portfolio?
Thanks Jeff! I keep going back and forth about buying another property because real estate has been really good for me so, but I just haven't decided yet so I'm saving up until I decide! :)
Love the goal setting tips! Awesome :)
Thanks Vinnie! :)
I'm new to your channel and really enjoy it. Did you contribution to retirement plans while paying off mortgage?
Glad you enjoy it! Yes, I did.
I love watching my personal capital graphs going up! Lol

Such rear tips and goal!! 😊
Any similar recommendations on personal capital? Canada doesn’t have the app on my app store
Mint.com is great as well and I’m pretty sure they’re available in Canada! :)

I had my first car for 10 years
Well done Ali!
I don't have a big TV I have 22".
Cool!
My favorite tip was going to the mall with your girlfriends. I tried going to the mall with all my girlfriends. Needless to say they were not happy when they met each other. On the plus side it saved me a lot of money! haha
😂😂😂
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💛🙏
😊🙏
Nicely exposed, for sure u would have passed the marshmellow test as a kid. Im also a saver, but in Europe your approach doesnt work so easily.
Haha, for sure! Hopefully you're finding what does work in Europe!
works fine in Europe i save 70 to 75 percent
@@markd6838 me too. But can you invest in in any bank that returns you 4%-7% annualy?
@@markd6838 also, for me saving 75% is not enough to make 2 million usd in under 50 years🤣 Tiffany made it in around 10 years.
