Hi - how are the mattress and pillows? Too firm, too soft or just right? Some hotels have old mattresses that sink without much support though. Want to make sure this wasn’t the case. Thanks!

They were firm and not too soft. Didn't sink in

Great, i will change my booking to ibis central, it is seems like not much difference. Considering this one with higher price. Thank you for sharing

I stayed at Ibis Central aswell. Will share the room Tour in a few days. The rooms in Novotel are slightly bigger.
The Ibis Central washroom is very small.
Other than that, all good.
