Sir why sometimes lv ef is normal but Gls is abnormal like -10

unfortunately no, but I have many clips in this matter and they cover everything in this field except 3-D strain. maybe in future I will prepare one for it too

it is the same as longitudinal , only in PSAX you measure radial and circumferential strain. so you take PSAX at 3 l3vels: MV, papillary and apex. then in you software you selects those and adjust ROI on endocardium and epicardium and machine give you those two type of strains.

Doc how to measure AVC in Philips machine? Is it necessary to add AVC while during strain ?

machine automatically select AVC at A3C just you need accept (approve) if you see the time of AVC with valve in A3C doesn't match you have too match and select the correct timing then accept
