1. Yes, aap shi hai lintel ko upper provide krte hai lekin hame pata to hota hi hai ki lintel ki size kya hone wali hai or lintel beam hmara super structure me aata hai to deduction karna padta hai brick masonary se jesa video me bataya gya hai.
Lintel ek beam hoti hai jise windows and doors ke just upper Diya jata hai.
2. Lintel RCC ka Banta hai.
Don't get confused with dimensions of Windows and doors.He has not taken height of windows or doors into account for Rcc lintel beam deduction for brick work...he has just written the sizes over there and has taken width and 15 cms of thickness into consideration..... So dont get confused....!
In T junction why we are deducting width of footing but not width of wall?
L = C.L. - half width of footing/wall x No. Of junction

We are also deducting width of wall. ( in super structure brick masonary)
because if we don't deduct, required quantity will be more and calculated more than one times.
And above equation is formula to calculate length only while using centre line method.

Here, D(0.9*2.1) and W(1.8*1.5) both are general dimensions of the door and window. It may vary according to your requirements of the size of door and window. Ok hope so it's clear now. Thank you
