I bought mine 4 days ago.
I met it at 75%(3rd dot), tried to train it before use as was recommended. I arrcive last dot, charge from then. It has never charged beyond 50% even after more than 12hrs on charge 😢

I normally don't drain any power bank I buy. I charge before use.
But maybe your charger is the problem?

I tried another and it fully got charged. I guess my
Personal charger is a low capacity one. I will endeavour to purchase a higher wats charger.

I bought my own today then when got home I charge it but it still remain last dot to full ,then I off my gen till now that I off gen I don’t even used it to charge my phone , but it’s blinking without not charging it or using it to charge , it’s on the table now there’s no cord on it just blinking, blinking by itself
