Good day. I've had books in my library for years before I read them. One morning I wake up and I'm thinking about a book, comic, graphic novel, can't shake it, and pull it out of my library and read it. I hope you enjoy Usagi. I think you'd find character parallels to Captain America, Superman, and Lone Wolf (and Cub). It's an enchanting work.
I know I've truly made it when Gore Vidal comes back to life just to comment on my videos! I think anyone in a collecting hobby falls into those same accumulation traps where we end up with so many books we're excited to read and just keep putting them off. Usagi's been one of my comic reading shames for a while now, really since I got seriously into the hobby about 20 years ago. Thankfully I have finally changed that! Spoiler for Monday's video but I have finally read Usagi and I'm excited to continue doing so. I'm also hoping that this spurs me on to continue reading through my backlog. Thanks for watching!
If I start lists of 10 these videos are going to start pushing an hour! I can barely talk about 5 books I haven't even read without breaking the 20 minute mark
I read the first issue of The Bunker. It was never released in hardcover format, was it? Usagi is a fun read. The first group of stories are from backups in other comics. After maybe 200 pages, Stan starts to get a feel for the character.
To the best of my knowledge, The Bunker has only been collected in the 4 trades. I wouldn't mind a bigger version, but the trades are actually really nice. Big, thick, really nice feeling matte paper. Oh, is Usagi good? I've never heard that before ...
Just got back at midnight so I wasn't here to see it firsthand but we've got power here now and it sounds like we never lost it. Wife said the storm was really bad through here earlier on in the week but doesn't seem like we have any damage to the house
@@bunkmastab oh sir. I have read the first one. Also watched a ton of dnd videos. Including, did you know the Drow have a second that isn't the spider lady?!

Great video. Gonna end up buying everything you featured. Thanks
Not a bad book in the bunch, good call!
I hope you enjoy Usagi Yojimbo. It's one of my favorite comics.
I'm really excited to finally get to it. It's a classic, I've always meant to read it, I just ... haven't. Excited to finally change that!
5 more and you can name 10 books

Yeeeesssss
Great timing with the vacation. How's your power situation looking at home? Last night was insane!

On the last volume, but reading all of Lone Wolf and Cub. Read parts, but never the full thing. Also, Spider-man Blue on the list right now
None of those seem to be giving inspiration for your upcoming D&D campaign. Read R.A. Salvatore's Drizzt books to find out about Drow Elves.
