What if I'm figured out... What if I know what I want to become in life. I have a dream and I am too inclined towards it. Put yourself in this situation and ask. What would you choose? Branch or College?
If you are too inclined towards something then obviously go for that branch in any college. But majority don't have any idea what will they pursue after 4 years of college, hence choosing college over branch is better in bigger picture.
yeah if you have a defined mindset then just follow that.
for that you know you will have to perform well that's a condition!
ex:- for cs in iitGuwahati you need to clear jee advance with really good marks

I have a question...For instance, I wanted to study MBA for the last 3 yrs but due to family situations, I was made to join MCA which is a totally different field..After a month of trying, I don't want to continue MCA any further.
At this point do I need to be grateful that I am atleast able to do any pg course or try to find a way and get back to want I was dreaming about for the past 3 yrs??? What do u think is the right choice?

@@sunshinebright9917 because it's eee in Dhanbad and eee is not good for placements...it's almost the same as chemical...so you could give preference to college and go for Roorkee, you'll get much more opportunities for non core jobs like finance, data science, consulting etc over there. This would have been a harder choice if it was Dhanbad ece/cse tho
