Just got this game for free with PlayStation Plus, and so far I have to say that I'm really impressed with it. Easily one of the best games on the Store.
Fell in love with this game after playing the Demo and seeing it featured on the app store. Can someone possibly answer a question for me? What do you think would be better, getitng this for my iPad or just the mac? I see that if you download the comp version you get the soundtrack and all this stuff...does the ipad have 30 levels as well? Which do you guys think would be better? :)
Has anyone noticed that the aesthetic world of Machinarium resembles Kai's uninhabited world? Also the "garbage" planet in the second episode? Methinks Lexx was the aesthetic inspiration for Machinarium.
Seems like a pretty cool game, but the puzzles can sometimes be too difficult to figure out as they aren't exactly straightforward. The walkthrough helps though--thanks.
You can always use the walkthrough feature implemented in the game? It's in the top right.. you just complete a simple mini game and you get the walkthrough for the particular room you are in, am i the only one who noticed this? :o i couldn't help myself since it was already there i used it a couple of times :/ Some of the puzzles were really hard :)
What EXACTLY happens at 8:05 with the angle iron thing?!? You shake it all over the screen and then it vanishes...this is EXACTLY the same spot that I got stuck at when I finally gave up an went online to find a walkthrough. Dammit! I'm even more frustrated now...some "help"! Jeez!
I am sure it's been said already, but if you don't want to get stuck on one section for 6 months, just win the mini-game with every section. It's not that difficult and will show you exactly what needs to be done. They almost made this for you to do it that way on purpose. Really takes away from gameplay to be stuck on one section for so long That is not fun and defeats the purpose of gameplay.
@maard003 I personally watched 2 minutes of it just to get an idea of what the games like, so I can decide, whether I want to play it or not^^ I think walkthroughs or gameplay videos are good for that, not necessarily to help me out when I'm stuck.
@ZamuelZA The Tiny Bang Story is the new game made by the same company. I played it and loved it and then I looked for other games by them and found this one.
@maard003 That mini-game that you have to play to unlock the book is just sooo stupid and annoying . I played it (the mini-game) only two times and never even thought of it . It was way harder without it , but it was worth it .
whenever i go to change the size of the screen to 100 percent the screen goes black and then the picture comes back but stays at 80%, anybody else have this problem?
Having a right pain in the butt with grabbing the rail @5.22 When I make myself tall to grab the rail above there is no option for me to jump up to the rail. Anyone else have this? Any ideas?

I beat the game without a walkthrough. It felt like it took me forever though xD
