जहा जहा वैदिक सनातन धर्म पीठ में वही पर शाक्य मुनि और महात्मा बुद्ध की प्रशस्ति सुनाई दी गई।
भारत के तमाम वामपंथी जो खुदको बौद्ध कहते हैं उनका बुद्ध के विचारो से दूर दूर तक कोई लेना देना नहीं है।
भारत के कई वामपंथी बौद्ध आज भी मृत शरीर की भूमि में दफनाते वही पर अगर बुद्ध के विचार देखे तो बुद्ध ने खुदका अंतिम संस्कार अग्नि से किया था।
भारत में अनेक संप्रदाय थे जैसे कि शैव सम्प्रदाय
वैष्णव सम्प्रदाय,शाक्त सम्प्रदाय,सौर सम्प्रदाय ,गाणपत सम्प्रदाय उसी प्रकार बौद्ध संप्रदाय था लेकिन सभी संप्रदाय कहलाते हिंदू सनातनी ही लेकिन विदेशो में यह धारणा बन गई की बुद्ध ने नए तत्व खोज कर नया धर्म चलाया हो जो की सर्वथा व्यापक भूल है।
वास्तव में महात्मा बुद्ध ने कोई नए धर्म की स्थापना नही की ।
बुद्ध खुद कहते हैं की ‘एस धम्मो सनंतनो’
मतलब बुद्ध खुद कहते हैं मैं सनातनी हू।
