This video came at such a great time! Over the past month, I noticed that I started to become really obsessed with manifesting my SP, and it felt like I was entering a really unhealthy place with the attachment I had formed towards manifesting. To cut a long story short, 2 weeks ago I decided that I would let go completely and just surrender to the universe's perfect will (also trusting that regardless of whether my SP comes back or not, everything will work out in my favour). Letting go of the attachment of manifesting my SP has been liberating. However, the weirdest thing of all is that I had a dream last night about my SP. In the dream, I was walking away from him and he ended up chasing after me lol. I feel that the dream reflected that on a subconscious level I have truly let go......Whilst affirming 'the end' is important its equally important to check in with yourself and make sure you don't fall into the trap of becoming desperate, its really easy to do so, especially when the results don't come immediately.

I think this is the phase right before you let go and detach. I was like you, not saying I feel amazing right now, but I feel I got over the hump and now I feel like whatever happens I will be ok and I shouldn't take everything so seriously. Which I guess is the reason things are starting to get better and better. But I am not attaching to the outcome and see what happens. Believe me, you will be ok sooner than you think and then the good things will start to come ! :)

I just want to say thank you so much for explaining about detaching which has always made me confused. I was always afraid to detach because I thought that if I detached I wouldn’t get what I want. But I have to realize that even without my SP I can get something better no matter how much I do love my SP.

September has been a crazy month and although I’ve been meditating I found myself relying on psychics to bring me that temporary comfort that certainly doesn’t last long and then it becomes a cycle and it hurts my mental diet and wallet.
