I expect at least.. 1) Todd Rodgers, because he might be the only one who can come even close to Billys LPM (Lies per Minute) value when opening his mouth. Also, cheaters unite ! 2) Melanie Griffith, because she is terrific.. i guess. 3) A jar of expired hot sauce, because it might be the only entity who won't tell any lies in Billys favor and it's integrity is unquestioned.
If this is the way the trial is already headed, Billy is screwed and rightfully so. He’s a liar and a dirtbag. I’m so happy for Karl, knowing he will be proven justified and Billy will at the least be made to pay for the costs incurred.

In the US the ruling would be given "clear error" level deference by the appeals court and there's no way it would succeed because the plaintiff's counsel very clearly should have addressed their request as a motion in limine prior to trial. Any insight on how Australian appeals courts would review?
