heres a fun (not really fun) fact about Jim.
If you don’t save him, and beat chapter one and go back he’s dead. You can’t even blow up the rocks. If you go to the haunted manor into the room where you break the window, you’ll see Jim as a ghost. If you talk to him he’ll explain that he can’t see as he doesn’t have eyes and misses mayor monty.

just did hatred on hardmode yesterday and i felt like a champion, but then i realized there are people that beat hatred on all the hardmode cards

Fun fact: the reason why you deflected some attacks is because minimize actually scales with hard modifiers which makes them do 8 less damage instead of 2 less damage
I abused this more later on XD
I'll admit, I just scrolled through the video instead of fully watching it, however. I did notice you didn't have lucky start, I highly recommend it as it can be very helpful in certain situations, It can give stuff like invisibility (not guaranteed to dodge), hp regen and sp regen, lasts for 3 turns and heals/gives 2 hp or sp per turn.

I remember trying this myself. I kinda blew threw everything with ante up + knight and then for chapter 2, power stab on top of that. so i ended up doing like 6 dmg a turn which was a life saver. and even if i didn't have SP for power stab, i was still doing 4 dmg a turn.
I didn't use gusto either as I was trying to do this with minimal items.
the rest below is tips for chapter 2 if you want.
griefer's slam attack's hitbox happens when he hits the ground rather than hit you. most attacks in the game work that way.
the dragon's bite timing is when he gets back down. a bit tight but yeah. as for the tail, the tail starts winding forward briefly before striking you. look for that.
the plant takes like 2 dmg per turn from burn. rocket boots hard carry the fight. 3 sp for 7 dmg total. 8 dmg if you got ante up.
I recommend using Item+ it's very useful to boost 30% of item effect even on hardmode. Ex. Double Cheezburger it heals from 8 to 10 hp it's now nerf in demo 3 sadly, and knight for extra dmg good for boss.

You are seriously Missing out if you don't have fireball x3 (you can have more than 1)
I recommend using it against enemies without defense
It does ALOT of damage and fire damage
Don't really remember how to get the other 2 fireballs but you find one in the caves (cold zone)

Insane that u got minimise so early in the run from hidden drops it’s gonna be so helpful for u wish u luck going further ❤
Fun fact: defending ignores any status ailments from affecting you for tht round (example: freeze, burn, etc)
Dont underestimate the power of resurrect, it will be an absolutely amazing tool for hardmode+ pit runs if you do plan on doing it eventually

resurrect auto revive is very neat
Me and my friend beat chapter 1 and 2 without using the training wheel thing so we had no hints of when to Dodge now we’re bout to go to the final boss since chapter 3 was pretty easy we’re super close.
Yea if u are playing without hard mode and the extra pain cards u dont need training wheels:D

also I recommend using wasd and space to navigate the menu cus its quicker and you can save yourself easier when you are about to die

I think demo 4 it will about our character travel in Terry's car to an beach,and after explore beach it gets in pirates and then to an volcano.
The bosses should be: King Crab,Pirate captain,Dragon and for final boss idk

I actually tried beating the whole game at that mode. It is possible to beat demo 1 solo and the rest of demo 2 and 3. But the final bosses of demo 2 and 3 is impossible to beat solo. So i play with people to beat the final bosses.

I actually beated it... (with 2 more people and we all have hardmode)
I was a healer/reviver and others attacked hatred.
We died couple of times but beat it.

Ur mad for this bro hatred is like kind of difficult but this is actually hell i dont even want to talk about the 4 kimono dragons in the pit also unpopular opinion the kimono dragons are still harder than hatred, hatred took me 45 min with 3 attempts but those kimono dargons took me 3 hours with 17 attempts hatred is still easy compared to that fight
