To be fair, You are aloud to attack enemies in the Pacifist Route in undertale, you just can't kill them. An alternative and offen unoticed way to spare monster in the game is to decrease there HP low enough without killing them.
Though Smash Lore is kinda vague, I feel confident to assume that winning in smash isn't the same as killing the other characters, which aloud Frisk to be a fighter while also be in character as in the Pacifist Route.
All that overlooking how ambiguous Frisk's adentity is as a whole (Like I'm not sure if Frisk counts as the protagonist in a Neutral route or not)
