I'll always have a fascination with directors' first feature film and how they were done on a low next to no money. Movies like Sam Raimi's Evil Dead, Peter Jackson's Bad Taste, Robert Rodriguez's El Mariachi, & Kevin Smith's Clerks. They all have creative, different ways, techniques, and shortcuts to solve a problem that could happen. How they fund it, how long it took, the lack of crew, and the absolute willpower to make these films. All of these say one important thing "Get up your ass, and just do, it might be hard, but not an unreachable goal"

It cost way more than $7k to actually get the movie seen by anyone.
I think it’s safe to say some of Kubrick’s genius was secondary to mental illness and waste.
The real questions are why is Desperado 3 SHIT?!!!?!?! Why was Rodriguez not allowed to finish the story to his PREDATORS!!!!!!????
