I am happy that the government has finally opened the door for Dangote to access Nigerian crude oil. Please, let's support our own industrialists in Nigeria. They are the ones that will transform Nigeria to new heights.

It's heartening to see the Nigerian government supporting the Dangote refinery project, providing much-needed momentum for its success and numerous benefits for the nation. Aliko Dangote is a true Nigerian patriot who has invested heavily in our country's and Africa's future. Imagine the transformative impact if funds embezzled by past and current leaders had been invested in our nation's development! I deeply desire a better Nigeria, envisioning a nation where entrepreneurs like Dangote thrive. However, many lack trust in the government, hindering investment. To foster economic growth, the government must do more. May God bless and protect Dangote, and may God continue to bless and protect Nigeria and our brave service men and women.

I am glad that the blackmail and self destructive policies of NNPC have been laid to rest. Thereby allowing common sense to prevail.
However, the next project is to allow rich Nigerians to invest in the electricity sector, and including states who are interested in electricity generation in the country.
Because the country cannot develop without stable electricity supply.
Therefore, the government must ensure that its policies should be towards implementing and encouraging local development of laudable projects in the country.
Because it is only Nigerian citizens who can truly develop the country manufacturing sectors meaningfully.
However, to achieve this objective the government must checkmate the endemic corruption in the country. This will help to prevent blackmail, fraud and false reporting.
The unnecessary bottlenecks in the system should be addressed.
I appreciate the government response to this impasse.

There are massive constructions going on in the electricity subsector already:
      (1) Siemens contracts 10,000MW
      (2) NNPCL Investments 4,000MW
      (3) Manbila Hydro 3,500MW
      (4) Geregu Hydro 2,500MW
      (5) Siemens Transmission grid contacts 25,000MW
      (6) There are others space and time will not permit me to mention
These projects will take between four to ten years.

Kudos to President Tinubu 👏 🙌, this is win win,and this Solomonic wisdom of the President if properly implemented could be the beginning of de dollarisation of our economy. Dollars is not our currency so why should we be trading locally in dollars. Also this will end most of the shenanigans in the oils industry. This will boost our industrialisation. We don't need to export of minerals, we can process locally and benefits from the crude by products .❤❤

I thank you for bringing his attention to this fact.

The guest said it all and spoke my mind..Nigeria is an oil producing nation, sitting on billions of barrel of crude for God sake. This question where will the crude come from should not be a question.NNPCL and dangote can always build a new head,a pipeline that connect straight to the refineries. If Nigerian refineries starts working, where do NNPCL hope to get crude from then? There was a time Nigeria refined crude and still exported over 2 milion barrel per day. There are many wells that can be opened for local refineries, the crude is there in abundance to meet both export and local refineries.

Is he not Issa Aremu from Kwara state? If he is, I am so disappointed in him. I once watched an event that he had in his home state. I was shocked to see his huge mansion. I was disturbed about how a labour activist made so much money to be able to build such a mansion. And I am still asking how come labour leaders are so wealthy even though they pretend to be servants of workers. How do they make such money? Even at the local levels, labout leaders have mansions and a fleet of cars. Does this trend disturb any of you?

sabotaging our economy is defended with euphemisms such as 'freedom'. that was the language of the 'energy expert' that the saboteurs sent on the national airwaves to defend the obstruction of dangote refineries. What is good for nigeria is not necessarily good for the bank account of these elites. that's why we have no govt refineries operational. no specialized hospitals, on and on like that. No institutes of technology. if they want to educate their kids they have to go abroad, if they want medical care, abroad. if they die on the operating table, their bodies have to be flown back into the country. awon omo ale.

He actually answered every question. To put it plainly, Ibrhami Torre is the living example of what every African nation must do in Nigeria case, the President doesn't have to be replaced, but Nigeria must stop stealing oil from themselves and review all contracts where they sell the oil and other raw materials to western nations for dirt cheap and manufacture and process everything in house to add value. In other words stop robbing yourselves and terminate all neo colonial.contracts with western countries.
