Good info... For those who have Q's in terms of milk usage: What she means is... Now a days the milk is adulterated and even if we buy organic milk they are from imported cow that are injected.... Hence harmful... I heard somewhere that A2 cow milk(a bit costly as compared to regular one- maybe twice or thrice the cost) in terms of what we consume now(A1 Milk) is good but need to limit the intake

Dear Dr Komal Gandhi: I Love your beautiful pronunciation and presentation that very few generations can demonstrate in this world because their development of pronunciation only can be understood by themselves not to the public audience standard. 95% of the educationalist can not provide presentation and pronunciation in proper way resulted the audience could not enjoy what this purpose of the presentation. This is the biggest problem in this world because they don't know the structured English only boring or slang English. Quaid Azam, British Lawyer once interfered in British Parliament in saying " Hey speak English like me not incomprehensible English". Keep on your valuable medical education to the communities so that they can enjoy your valuable presentation .
