Long term care assisted living and nursing nursing homes are very important. Your interviews with a nursing care director interested me to talk with someone you did a video with. I met her in the Ajijic Plaza by recognizing her from your videos. I have an older relative that may need assisted living or nursing care soon And letting people know what to expect to pay. She gave me a lot of info Thanks Jerry.

Jerry, There's a company I know that sells and rents real estate there in Chapala and Ajijic. The issue I have with them is that they require a First, Last, and Security deposit equal to one's month rent. If your rent is $1,000 that means you have to pay $3,000 just to move in. I find that to be excessive.

Are these rentals month-to-month, or is there a long term lease involved? We want to go back, stay longer, and explore the areas outside Ajijic and Chapala.
Typically the renters will need to sign a lease for for up to 12 months agreement
