I'd probably feel differently about Stefan if not one, but two of his human girlfriends didn't turn into vampires... all because he chose humans to date. If he doesn't rip their heads off, he dates them until they become vampires, then drops them on someone else's lap. Talk about history repeating itself. You're supposed to learn from your mistakes.

Stelena was cute, pure, and innocent, while Delena is passionate, epic, and beautiful. I shipped Stelena at first, in the first few episodes, but after I saw how many times Damon protected her. I loved them. I ship Steroline more, they are another Delena.
I ship both Delena and Stelena in my opinion Steroline was kinda stupid and forced but that’s obviously my opinion so sorry if you disagree with me but everyone just deserved to be happy and loved by someone that suits them.

Stefan and Elena were better as friends. I've always felt that way. As a couple, immature to the point of childish. Quick to bore because they were that ridiculous. As friends, I actually rooted for them. Delena will always be my ship because they built themselves from the ground up. Trust and understanding, communication and respect. All of that was built. They didn't dive right into it out of desperation like needful singles do. They fell... both being "home" to each other. Not all relationships are perfect. Not all are full of drama. Vampires and humans dating each other? Yeah, expect breakups and makeups in this show lol.

She said that every time Stefan looked at her, she felt like a broken toy that needed to be fixed, because she was a vampire now. Damon also hinted at it too when he said that maybe the reason for why Stefan is searching so hard for the cure for Elena is because Stefan cannot love her as a vampire.
The relationships progressed to intimacy to quickly. Elena ends up sleeping with both brothers Intimacy should have been held until the writers made up their up who she was going to be with in the long run. A person with the moral consciousness of Elena wouldn't have been in an intimate relationship with both brothers.
