There’s already been classified transmission towers photos that were leaked that exist there. Civilians cannot visit. Second in regards to the aliens, this sounds extremely similar to the underwater alien manufacturing base theory. The why files did a great video on this. Basically a sentient “AI” species ,(best way I can describe it) that’s been here for a couple thousand years. Apparently our government knows and has known of them. They do not interfere nor intervene with human activities unless, like you said in your video, nuclear war, threats of nuclear war, and also other non nuclear war related occurrences. Like the spheres we have seen in the Middle East. WW2 pilots even described seeing these. Calling them “foo fighters”. Not to make this long, but basically a massive underwater manufacturing “base” creates drones specifically tailored to the job of the objective. For example, studying geological phenomena, a craft is created from scratch, exits the ocean, does the job, then returns to the ocean back to the base, where it’s recycled completely to create other purpose built craft.
