Thanks to all of you for your honesty and creativity in your writing. Jack has brought us amazing stuff. Bravo sir. Life is amazing how it comes full circle. Can’t wait for Beirut. Love my new Gatorz’s go great with my John Deere Gator 🤜🏻
"The Most Dangerous Game" was really the first short story that hooked me, too! I think I read that in seventh or eighth grade. Such a thrilling story.
Absolutely fantastic 3 way interview. Annie’s questions brought out such deeply affecting answers! Have to start my book tonight. I can’t wait to read about Chaplain Wheeler! So impressive to hear how the 3 of you write such life changing books!
Very interested to read this. Hopefully it will ship out soon! Annie was a great guest on her prior appearance, she’s the best pick for this interview setup!
Finished “Targeted: Beirut” last night. It’s an important book that all patriotic Americans should read. The way Carr and Scott worked hard to make it personal by introducing us to many of those who lost their lives, as well as those who survived, increases the impact of the book, it’s anything but a dry historical account. Read it.
I remember driving back to college (SWTSU) from visiting my parents in Ft Hood, Tx where my father was stationed and the news came over the radio about the Marine Barracks bombing. I remember looking out over the Tx landscape that went on for what seemed like forever and bawling my eyes out. I was raised in Germany so terrorism was nothing new but this was so very different and for the first time it really hurt.
I really wish that you would have included those who were on the ground as that bomber drove through the front gate. One of them was my husband who is about 300 ft outside the building.
Another great show today Good information and content smash the like button you filthy animals some of my favorite authors and even though never met probably pretty dope human beings 🤘🤘
Wow, Jack Carr pisses off the Israelis just to get them to bomb Hezbollah to sell books about Beirut. (jk) And, I can see some pager bomb references coming in future fiction books.
You know it's going to be a good day when Jack uploads a video!

Beirut in the 1970’s was the Paris of the Middle East. Learning how it became what it is today is interesting history.
Amd now its getting flattened again as we speak right now
Never never keep your guests unchecked...

Cool intro!
The set up of the Marines being called “peacekeepers” is reminiscent of the beginnings of Vietnam. Speaking of deplorable!!! No pun intended.
