Really appreciate these videos...it helps us see the process in action so we are ready to use it in a few months for upcoming trips! My tip would be to book a B or Tier 2 level ride very early so you can scan in and then book another tier 1 ride.
You know I was under the impression that you could only hold one tier one ride at a time but you’re right. That only applies to the initial choices. That’s a great tip! I’ll have to try that out! Have a great time on your trip! 😃 Thank you for watching! ❤️
We went to Epcot on July 24 with the multipass lightning lane for Remy. When I scanned in for Remy at 9:05 am, the earliest time I could get for Frozen was 6pm! I spent a lot of time on my phone during the next 2 hours trying to modify it to get an earlier time. The earliest I got it down to was 4:30. Then there were no more LL passes even offered for Frozen after noon. We wanted to park hop to AK, so we ended up having to do the standby line for Frozen before we left. Sadly, I don't feel the new system is worth it at Epcot anymore.
@@shannonzaininger3307wowwww. Yeah it’s gonna be really tough especially moving forward with the resort guest getting a head start. I’m so glad I’m a morning person. 😂 thank you for sharing your experience! ❤️
Hello! First of all double guardians is a best day ever scenario for me! lol Quick question…. Can you add or remove people from your multi pass? Thanks 🙏
Hello! And yes I agree, Guardians twice in one day is the best day ever!!! As a matter of fact when they decide to have a regular stand-by line, I’m gonna make a video about how many times in a row I can ride it in one day. 😂😂😂 So I believe any adding or removing of people in your group has to be done pre-purchase of your multipass. You can add family and friends to your profile via the app by hitting the three line menu button on the bottom right, and then scrolling down till you see profile. Once you select profile you’ll see where it says family and friends list, there you’ll be able to add a guest. After you add everyone you want, you can purchase Multipass and you have the option of selecting who you want from your list. You don’t have to include everyone. Just make sure everyone has a reservation first that day if it is required. Anything you want to do after purchasing multipass as far as adding or deleting people will have to be done by guest services I believe. Hope that helped. ❤️
There is no function in the app to do it but i believe if you see a guest services cast member, they can switch it for you as long as the original person hasn’t used it yet.
So far what I’ve seen is that there are still some things that are available to non-resort guests. But I definitely recommend if your gonna purchase, to do so at 7am 3 days before. After that, it may not be worth it. Luckily the disney app will show you what’s available and hold your selections for 5 minutes before you make the final decision to buy.
In order to get virtual queue at 1pm, you have to be inside Epcot right at 1pm and sign up through the my Disney app. And I recommend hitting that refresh button profusely at 12:59 and do not stop until you get in. Other than that, the only other way would be to purchase an individual lightning lane for Guardians if it’s still available. Cool thing about purchasing one is that you have a little bit more flexibility to choose the time you go. Virtual queue doesn’t give you an option. You kinda just get what you get. Hope that helped! 😃 Thanks for watching!
This video is depressing for me to watch. You use to get all this for free with Fastlane, now you are up-charged for a considerable amount of money for this service.. and other things in the park. This is also very complicated whereas Fastlane was straightforward.
I wasn’t going to Disney when fast lane existed, but everyone says it was better! I am planning on doing a video on using the service for Magic kingdom. While my wife and I were planning, we couldn’t help but to just shake our heads and look at each other and say, this is soooo complicated! I just think about people in my own family who don’t watch Disney content on UA-cam and just want to come to the park and have a good time. They just don’t stand a chance and will most likely only do a few things. I’m ok with paying for the service, but there is still a chance you won’t get much out of it. Thanks for watching! 😃❤️
Yes normally we wouldn't pay for it anyway but I really wanted to test it for everyone else who might. I partially do agree with you, especially when it comes to Epcot. I was surprised however that NEMO had a 35-minute wait and Journey to Imagination was 25 minutes!!! If I didn't have Lightning Lane, I wouldn't wait on those lines!! 🤣 But it's like I said, it all depends on how you wanna go about your day. I just like to show everyone their choices.
Disney is crazy if they think I will go through all this crap just to go on a ride. Too expensive, too complicated, a quest rather than spontaneous fun. I had been a frequent visitor for 50 years, no more, Disney and all their crap is dead to me.
This seems to be the general consensus. It really is unfortunate. I like universals express pass system better but it is expensive as well. Thanks for watching. ❤️😃

Can you switch the riders selected when you first purchased lightning lane later?

Hi! I would also like to see you test this out at MK! Thank you! I like your videos!
Thank you so much for watching!! 😊. I’ll plan to tackle the beast that is Magic Kingdom next week!! 😃
If you don’t stay in a Disney resort do all the early times get filled by those who are staying in a Disney resort?

How does virtual Que for guardians of the galaxy work if I’m arriving at the park around 1? Would I be able to get it before I enter the park?

So you can't even get all the good rides and stuck with the bottom crud rides that don't need a reservation
All depends on your opinion of a good ride. Everyone's taste is different. What's your favorite ride at Epcot?

@@MrMaxRebos lol. Yeah pickings are slim at this park huh? Sometimes we just come for Guardians! 😆

Sucks you paid for lightning lanes for 1 good ride. The rest are short lines or no lines
