I do a similar thing in my classes. I have them shoot first for accuracy, and you hear everyone start blasting away despite telling them there is no time limit. Good little test to show them the importance of relaxing and listening.
Hey Randy-would love to know your thoughts on his training box concept or series of targets and combinations. I took his online class and thought it was profound but yet on my own range I get sucked into flows based on barricades and leave his marksmanship focus behind often . His splits are not insane but his points are. Also I wanted to let you know I've followed you since North Texas Open and learned much and improved a lot watching you shoot and with classifiers especially I realized how you have zero tension and through that realization and introspection have been able to improve in that area. The mental power of intention from watching someone else is part of this world but not part of this world if that makes sense. Thanks for all you do for us out here.
I absolutely believe Eric’s variable training method is the best way to train for this sport, but you need to be focused on executing at a pace that follows his 10% C hits rule. Using cones like he showed in the online course is the most basic form but using walls and fault lines like an actual stage is even better but you have to get creative to mix it up every run. If you want to push speed and work refining or expanding a technique then I like using Ben Stoegers skills and drills or classifiers so I have a metric to evaluate against. As always what works for one individual may not work for the next so experiments with different training methods and finding what works best for you. I appreciate you following, the main reason I put my match videos and alot of my training here and on IG is for other to learn and have a realistic understanding the amount of work it takes to get to a semi high level in USPSA.
How does someone learn about these training opportunities? I am relatively new to shooting and USPSA and I’m looking for more opportunities for seminars and classes. And I have to say I think I recognize my home range in this video is this gun craft in Ruskin Florida?

I think you are beyond "Semi High level in USPSA" my dude. In my eyes and many others, you are performing at a very high level.
