- Some women are trying on their wedding dresses years after they first said "I do." Inspired by a recent New York Post story, Inside Edition asked former brides to put on their gowns, long since packed away, at Kleinfeld Bridal in Manhattan. "It's really nice to see this come out of the box," one woman said. "It still looks the same, I can't wait to try it on," added another. "I've had three kids since then, so fingers crossed." The gowns brought back a lot of memories. #InsideEdition

This reminds me of my 15th wedding anniversary...I put on my wedding dress to surprise my husband when he got home from work...it looked really good from the front! Lol..I couldn't get all my fat zipped up so..when I turned aroynd we both started laughing..its been the best 20 years of my life!❤

After my husband cheated on me, I was so devastated that I got rid of all my wedding stuff. I burned my dress, the 💐, and even sold my ring for a all girls trip to Vegas. Its been 5 years since and we have made up n been back together for 3 years. Sometimes I regret burning my dress because we have a 9 year old daughter who couldve used it. But by the status of our marriage now I DID THE RIGHT THING!!!! 15 years, 2 kids, 2 dogs and possible divorce papers is all I get outta my wedding memories.

I really like the 46 year old dress. I'd still fit my dress if I had it but I threw it out after the divorce. I was in married in 1972 (47 years ago). Divorced in 1999 and it was one of the best days of my life.
I can't even fit in my prom dress and it was only 3years ago😂

If it makes anyone feel better my mom didn’t fit back into her wedding dress on her wedding day...she had my sister a month before the wedding and bought the dress three months before the wedding 😂😂😂 they had to quickly readjust the bust and tighten the stomach because they didn’t think she was going to have the baby before the wedding... and then they found out she had a hormonal problem a few months later which is why she was a 00 in dresses for so long...as a young preteen who was never large I couldn’t fit into any of her adult dresses from her early 20s because I’ve always had hips...and she doesn’t 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️ she still looks great though
