Fun (and True!) Fact: When creating this scene, the director approached Jane Krakowski and asked her to list all of her skills that she doesn’t often get to display. He then worked as many of them as possible into this scene. Krakowski is viewed by many as under appreciated, and the director has explicitly said that he wanted this scene to effectively double as a talent reel for her. I think they nailed it!
She really is underappreciated. She's got so much talent and she's just hilarious. We should be getting mindboggling doses of Krakowski left and right, and yet I feel like we haven't got as much of her as we could. I vote for more Jane Krakowski.

So many incredible talents on display but I have to say the one which blew me away was the fast singing starting at 2:30 - delivered in a single unbroken take! I can't say half those tongue-twisting words at regular speed, let alone sing them lol. Brilliant scene.

How is she doing that?? I'm a 31 year old ex dancer and I couldn't even imagine doing half of what she's doing here. What an insanely talented woman :O
All of the songs from Schmigadoon sound like they were written by a really talented team given very little time (which makes sense, given TV schedule restrictions). All of the musical references and clever wordplay are fantastic, while the transitions to the different sections of the song and Jane’s dancing all seem quite rushed. God, I love this show.
Aside from the stuff that harkens back to so many amazing shows I've seen, it's crazy to know that Jane played the defendant in a huge court case in Legally Blonde the Musical and she's back in a courtroom in a musical, it's so cool.
A spoof on the Chicago "Razzle Dazzle" sequence that ends with a spoof on "Not Getting Married" from Company is a theater kid's dream come true.
With a little “Dance 10, Looks 3” thrown in.

And Dance 10 Looks 3 from Chorus Line, adds another layer of comedy about what she really means when she says "bells and whistles"😂
