You have to be gentle using this method however I personally wouldn't do it for I'm using lekker switches which means its an even bigger deal if I fuck it up
BRO THIS DAMAGED MY KEYBOARD, I MADE SURE THE SCREWDRIVER IS FLAT AND MY KEYBOARD IS HOTSWAPPABLE BUT IT JUST SCRATCHED THE BOARD AND THE SWITCH ALOT DONT DO THIS I BEG YOU
If I were you I would do it (When you are taking them out just do it carefully) If you decide to do it, make sure your switches aren’t soldered into the board. (They won’t come out) If you your switches aren’t soldered but you still don’t want to risk breaking them, you can buy a switch puller for $10 on Amazon.
Note: This method will work better if you use a flathead screwdriver. Also make sure your keyboard is hot-swappable. If it’s not this won’t work. Edit: Thanks for 47,00 views!

The only way you can change your switches would be opening the keyboard and desoldering them.

Hah, I think this was a joke guys! It does work, but not without casualties!
works better with an angle grinder👍
i tried using a 12' cut off wheel with a diamond blade, it works the best imo
Yes it does!
I gave myself a splinter while trying to get mine out 💀😂
THANK YOU
No problem

I cant pull it with the switch puller and I have the k552 as you but its really hard
What method to use on it keyboard
This one or the switch puller
it took me lots of struggling with the k552 aswell. its really hard to do it without damaging the swithc.
can apex pro mini keyboards do this or no
They can
@@iseya7389 ok I was just trying it last night and I couldn't get it out with the screw driver
apex pro dosent have hotswap
bc the led its soldered
Man i found this at google first, after doing this shit while using a flat screw driver. The pins got bend after it
You can bend them back
Can a k962?
I think so
im taking switches off with a keycap puller
That’s works I used to do that
But be careful because you might break your keycap puller

It works you just have to be gentle

i browe my switch
I fixed it
Nice
This wasn't very fucking helping
i broke my switch
Did you check if your keyboard is hot-swappable? Because if it’s not the switches can’t come out of the keyboard unless you desolder them.
@@iseya7389 nah they were im just an idiot and was way to hard (pause)
