هذي فاكهة اسمها الجاك فروت او جاكويرا طعمها مشابه للاناناس لحد كبير وقشرتها قاسية وخشبية قطعتها وسلقتها بالماء مع الكركم وعقب قشرتها ووضعت بالجدر الزيت وبهارات الماسلا الخشنة وحمستها اضافت البصل وعقب الزنجبيل وعقب الثوم وفلفل اخضر حار وصلصة الطماطم الطازجة وكله ناعم في خلاط العصير واضافت الملح والفلفل الاحمر والكركم وخلتها تتسبك وعقب اضافت لها الفاكهة المقطعة ورشة كزبرا خضراء وصارت جاهزة للاكل وتتقدم مع الارز الابيض عالعموم المكونات مكتوبة حسب التسلسل بالانجليزي على يسار الفيديو
يقولون ان رائحتها كريهة لكن طعمها لذيذ جدا. هي فواكه اسيوية او استوائية اصلا. لكن الكاري ممكن نطبخه مع كافة انواع الخضار والخلطة الاساسية تتكرر: البهارات والبصل والزنجبيل والبندورة والفلفل الحار. والله فتحوا نفسي اكل منها مع بعض الارز ههههه
@@turquoiseheart6320 لاا لا الجاك فروت الموجودة في هذه الوصفة رائحتها تشبه الاناناس ونكهتها خليط مابين الموز والمانجو والاناناس ومذاقها حلو على حامض خفيف حتى انها تعتبر من الحمضيات بس الفاكهة اللي رائحتها كريهة اسمها فاكهة الدوريان تشابهها بالشكل ولكن الدوريان لها سطح خشن ذات رؤوس مدببة شوكية ومذاقها حلو جداا جدا حتى انها من لذتها وحلاوتها تسمى طعم الجنة ورائحة جهنم دلالة على رائحتها الكريهة الغير مرغوب به

What is disappointing is that there are few people who've disliked this video. How one can do that its such a warm feeling grandma is spreading with her huge gesture towards all. It fills my heart with nothing but love when food is served to the children and needy. At such an age when people think of taking rest she is preparing food in such a huge quantity. شغلها نظيف وهي طباخه ماهره مع قلة الامكانيات بس النتيجه جميله جدا
فعلاً الإمكانيات قليلية مسكينه تشتغل بكل هدوء صهرها ينحني مع هدا ماتمل واكثر شئ يسخرني هو موقد النار تطلع منو احلي اكل مو مثل النسوان عندنا عندهن كل شئ ف المطبخ غاز ست عيون غساله اطباق تكييف ومع هدا ما يطبخوا كلشي جاهز أن طبخوا يطلع ما ينبلع صحيح الإنسان ادا توفرلوا كل شئ يصير ما يعرف قيمة الاشياء
