baathu
garlic
ginger
onions
tomatoes
butter
green chilli
red chilli salt turmeric powder
coriander leaves
this is how saag prepared in marriges , dhaba, and langar etc,
this is pure halwai style

I became really teary after seeing these children accept food with so much gratitude. We often take things for granted but seeing the joy in their eyes has really moved me so much. Thank you for providing them with the meal.

These are the kids in the village and children of the farmers and farm labour. Nobody goes hungry as there is abundant foodgrains, veges and fruits (Punjab is tha breadbasket of India). The ppl are so hospitable you realise they are truly the rich ones. Very big hearts. As you near the city, the heart becomes smaller and pettiness sets in.

@PANERA A , привет! Я, так поняла , что для их детей острая еда привычная с пелёнок. Видно, что они эту еду уплетают за обе щеки.
Индусы , вообще, в большинстве своем веганы, поэтому , чтобы как то разнообразить свою пищу, они добавляют очень много пряностей, такое впечатление , что их еда состоит из одних запахов , а не вкусов. Как там можно уловить какой то вкус не понимаю- перец, чеснок, травы, кардамон, соевый соус, грушевый соус, базилик, какие то листья, томатный соус , короче ужас. Насколько я слышала от знакомых, побывавших в Индии они их еду так и не смогли проглотить , очень противная на вкус оказалась, приторная непонятная.
@@mavlyudakutimova5059 а мне наоборот говорили что у них очень вкусная еда даже простое гороховое пюре за счёт специй очень вкусное
@@anastasiaanastasia9079 , возможно, как говорят, о вкусах не спорят. В Алматы часто проходят индийские выставки- продажи и там продают их сладости и я покупала разные, но в основном, сделанные из разных фруктов экзотических и мне понравилось очень, ну и специи так же и чай разнообразный. В этом , конечно, им равных нет.
