Way back in 2016 I received a call from a Republican "pollster" who was actually a Push-Pole" worker asking questions that all had suggested answers the GOP wanted me to say. I was a registered Dem and they were asking about republicans. That was the only time a "pollster" ever asked me anything. Personally, I think most of them casually Cherry Pick for the outcome they want to report.

The problem is that poll takers don't really understand all the demographics, so the margin of error in polling is quite high. The main number is always population and electoral votes. Areas where there are many Hispanics have numbers of recent legal migrants and domestic Hispanics. On the West Coast, there will be a high number of migrant Hispanics, but on the East Coast and other mid-states, domestic Hispanics are the larger number. It's two dramatically different demographics. But, due to racism, everyone is lumped together.
