- White Chocolate Ganache (for 1kg cake coating)
◦ White chocolate 350g
◦ Cream 90g
◦ Oil 1/4th tsp
Microwave it for 1 minute and stir, if it’s still not melted heat again for 15-20seconds.
Once melted properly, mix well and cover and keep it in the refrigerator for 8 hours minimum.
Bring out of the refrigerator, let it come to room temperature or melt again a bit in the microwave oven for 20-30 seconds and whisk with an electric blender and voila it’s done.
Coat it on a cool whipped cream or on any crumb coated cake as a final coat/layer of the cake design.
