I was nms forever and I decided to finaly spend $150 on the new packs before the guaranteed opal packs came out because I didn’t know they were coming out, and didn’t pull a single opal, and now i could have 3 but 2k decided to not let us know abt it and have 0 instead. P.S i opened two 20 boxes with no shakes, DONT BUY.

The all star award winners dame , Mcclung, brown, kat, and Dame again are pd not galaxy opals but are a locker code ball drop 4. The scummy lock for the opals was opportunistic and predatory, but 2k is a business and deep down I’m cool with that. That being said , they did the same exact thing with Wild West to open season 5. That is unacceptable and a big middle finger to their consumer base
I think they should’ve had agendas to replicate the all star game stats, and an equal chance opal from the weekend players as reward. They aren’t gonna stay in many teams longer than 2 weeks
The opal equal chance packs should have been OPTION PACKS. It was so scummy that this drop cost so much and we still couldn’t even pick the cards we wanted. There should have been opals in player market, forced gambling on a game that even kids play is wrong. Yes you can choose not to gamble but then you can’t get any new players. and there definitely should have been a Dame locker code. I get it that this is your job so it don’t hurt you as much. But you definitely should advocate for the player base. Because they done us so badly on this one.
