Welcome to the first reaction video from Wills Reacts, where I take a listen and react to Bon Jovi performing an incredible live version of Blood on Blood, from the Milton Keynes Bowl 1989.
In this Bon Jovi Reaction Video, I will tell you why I believe this version of Blood on Blood to be Bon Jovi's BEST EVER version of Blood on Blood.
This version of Blood on Blood by Bon Jovi takes me back all the way to 1989, where I listened to this as part of the Radio One, Friday Night Rock Show with Tommy Vance.
In this Bon Jovi reaction video, we see the classic line up of Bon Jovi, featuring, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Alec John Such, David Bryan and Tico Torres, where they perform this incredible version of Blood on Blood, live from the Milton Keynes Bowl in 1989.
Blood on Blood is from the 5th Bon Jovi album, New Jersey, but this version of Blood on Blood is my favourite of all time.

🤘😎🤘 Enjoyed your reaction. I was 16 when this song & album came out and seen them in concert on this tour. They were so good live. When their 1986 album exploded on the music scene, music magazines and MTV called them Pop-Metal. Motley Crue called then Bubblegum Metal. Lol... Didn't matter. I still loved them as much as I love Megadeth and Testament.

Ah, I remember this version! I had a tape of the entire Friday Rock Show broadcast, back in the day. I was actually at the show too - the only time I’ve seen Bon Jovi - though I wasn’t impressed with the sound, if I recall. (A few years later, I walked out of a GNR show at the same venue, mid-set, as the PA was just awful.)
Slippery When Wet and New Jersey made a huge impact on me in my teens. The songs on those records felt so cinematic. And now, whenever I hear tracks such as Blood On Blood and Wild In The Streets - songs about friendships and youthful escapades - I can feel my teenage past being scripted and turned into a John Hughes movie. And, of course, that stuff still sounds great.

The Gn'R gig a couple of years later at Milton Keynes, I think that was the one I was at (I mention it in the latest reaction for Rocket Queen at The Ritz). Both Slippery and New Jersey were important albums in my growing up, so many relatable teenage emotions. Thanks again for your comment. Cheers

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the comment. I was pretty nervous to be honest, but I want to give them a go and I hope I get better in time. I was thinking of doing songs I'd never heard before, but the whole idea of me wanting to do these is to share some of the music I've loved over the years. Thanks again for an amazing comment!
Would like to watch your reaction on the Bon Jovi (1984) album released on all streaming platforms yesterday. It features the recording evolution of Runaway! Could be a big chance for your channel to gain some more traffic 🎉 just a thought

A lot of these people that first time first time they’ve heard this song before there’s a black guy came his child’s name, but it’s either with his wife girlfriend or sister and then he’ll start song wouldn’t have played long enough for you to know the words and he starts singing along that defeats the belief of first time reacting to it
