Varsity Singers State 2024

Varsity singer is a Mixed Advanced Concert Choir from Lafayette Jefferson high school and this is their ISSMA State performance, where they received 10th in the State!!
1st song is: “My soul’s been Anchored in the Lord” Arr. by  Moses Hogan. This song is a Traditional Spiritual and is preformed A Cappella
2nd song is: “Amor De Mi Alma” Arr. by Randall Stroope. This is a Spanish song composed between 1503-1536.The title translates to "You are the Love of My Soul" Accompanied by Lisa Overstreet
3rd song is: “Zikr” Arr. by Ethan Sperry and Composed by A. R. Rahman. Drums played by Corbin and tambourine by Jordyn.
