Dr. Anthony Levatino, a former abortionist who is now pro-life, described in clinical detail how a late-term abortion is performed. Levatino was testifying in support of a bill that would ban all abortions nationwide after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Levatino described a procedure called "Suction D&E." In the early 1980s, Levatino said, he performed about 1,200 abortions and over 100 of them were second trimester abortions, up to 24 weeks, using Suction D&E.
Levatino described in detail each step of the procedure. He showed the committee the primary instrument used to extract the fetus - a Sopher clamp: "This instrument is for grasping and crushing tissue. When it gets hold of something, it does not let go."
A second trimester abortion is a "blind procedure," Levatino explained, because the abortionist cannot see the fetus, he must feel around for it with the Sopher clamp, and must be careful not to puncture the uterus.
"Once you have grasped something inside, squeeze on the clamp to set the jaws and pull hard - really hard," Levatino recalled. "You feel something let go and out pops a fully formed leg about six inches long. Reach in again and grasp whatever you can. Set the jaw and pull really hard once again and out pops an arm about the same length. On abortion rights. This decision should be made by the woman & her doctor only. The government should not be making personal decisions for women. The government should not be making people into criminals for exercising their right to make medical decisions about having children or not having them. Making the decision to have an abortion is a highly emotional decision it should be a private matter.

Roe vs Wade gave the rights to abortion laws back to the individual states. So it’s up to your state.
I am all for abortion. Paid for 7 of them. Greatest way to save money and not pay child support.... however, the decision should be voted on by each individual state.... it was never a federal decision and shouldnt be. 4. CBO’s estimates do not currently fully account for the cost of President Biden’s wide-open southern border, as they do not capture the expenditures associated with illegal immigration at the state and local level.
a. The fiscal impact on state and local governments and communities should include the cost of localized crime and law enforcement, along with the state-based costs for housing, clothing, education, and providing health services for immigrants and their dependents.
5. Our country has a spending problem.
a. Revenues collected by the Treasury continue to exceed expectations. FY 2024 revenues are now projected to be $4.9 trillion, which is $538 billion or 12 percent higher than CBO expected when Biden took office and represents an increase of $1.5 trillion or 43 percent in just four years.
b. At the same time, unsustainable federal and executive spending have skyrocketed, counteracting the benefits of incoming revenues by undermining the prowess of the U.S. economy. Federal spending is $1.5 trillion or 29 percent higher than CBO projected it would be when Biden took office, causing the projected FY 2024 deficit to be $1 trillion or 112 percent higher than CBO anticipated when Biden took office. ^^^ source, BUDGET COMMITTEE

The question regarding the U.S. Constitution and Presidential "Immunity," is a ludicrous question. Had the Fore Father's wanted to provide "Immunity," it would have been distinctly stated, particularly regarding the Presidency.
"THE OATH OF OFFICE," would be meaningless! If such a law, or concept exists it is not found in the U.S. Constitution, SCOTUS knows this well. The case should not have gone to the SCOTUS to begin with. Still any decision that upholds so called "Immunity," would render SCOTUS clearly as bias. The Nixon case certainly would have used this "oxymoronic foolish concept," at his impeachment and would have been Appealed had it been prosecuted.
The majority Republican appointed Justices are biased towards Trump, so they deliberately slow-walk a no-brainer decision, in order to help him delay rulings until AFTER the election. SCOTUS has lost its credibility!

That's why you have to allow an OB GYN to make a medical decision together with her patient. No one wants bad things to happen in the last trimester, but if bad things do happen, abortion and d&c is necessary to removal necrotic tissue that would create infection and/or risk the health and life and future fertility of the mother. She is not an MD, she is not the pregnant patient. She doesn't get an opinion on this private medical matter.

I am all for Organizations or People helping someone who is pregnant but who may not be ready to have a baby be able to have it and give it to someone who is ready and wanting a baby. I do not like abortion. However. Every one of us was given our own Free Will. A Human Being is born with God given rights that no one should set asunder. This includes the right to do with our bodies, what we want. It is our decision. What we do is between God, and ourselves. It is no one else's business. God gave us Free Will. He gave us the choice to choose. A woman should have the right to do with her body whatever she wants. We do not have to like it. It is simply none of our business. How Draconian can it get to tell a woman what she can and can't do with her body in this day and age? What is next? No makeup?
