On April 24, 2021, police in St. Petersburg, Florida, intervened in a disturbance involving Olivia Taylor-Washek, a heavily intoxicated 28-year-old woman, who was disrupting public order by attempting to give strangers lap dances and making lewd remarks to officers. Allegedly participating in an Instagram competition to win $25,000 for student loan repayment, Olivia refused assistance from officers, citing affection for a man outside the bar. Concerned for her safety, law enforcement called for medical help, but faced threats from Olivia. Emotionally distressed and intoxicated, she demanded to speak with her father while displaying erratic behavior. Despite paramedics' attempts to assess her, Olivia continued to act disruptively, leading to her arrest for disorderly intoxication. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance the following Sunday.

Can you please avoid putting the narrative parts?
I think the viewers can deduce what's happening just by watching the videos.
Also, the text is clearly done and narrated with the AI which gives the experience a cheap appearance. It looks a lazy attempt to make something more original.
You could simply add journalistic sources to provide a context, so viewers can received useful contextual info, but in your current format you don't add any significant but redundant stuff.
Also, you show some parts twice. What's the point of doing that?
