  • Amazingly fast firewood processor in action- Range Road Eco Pro 300. See how I process three tree's in 20 minutes.
I have owned this Range Road Eco Pro 300 Wood processor for 1 months and it has paid for it self two times over.
The machine processes aprox 1 cord of wood per hour. I have 25 hours on the machine. It cost $600 per cord delivered to my house- you do the math, it’s amazing.
We love to burn firewood all winter and summer long and this machine does the job with little to no labour.
Check out my other video of me harvesting wood on my property.

Thank you for this video. Being interested in this unit, this gives me the best representation of what the experience is like owning and operating this unit. Great video.

I have the same unit with a table that has a chain feeder to move the logs ahead , the table holds about 20 logs and works great . The split logs land in totes so I never touch the wood until I put them in my wood box in the house.

Nice set-up! I am just using an old 27 ton, standard type splitter. Many of the trees I split have very large diameter trunks and I've never met one that couldn't be processed. The trees are downed and I roll the rounds over to the splitter. The splitter is in the vertical position, so I don't have to lift anything, I just tilt the round onto the splitting base. Are you limited to a particular diameter tree with your set-up? Thanks for the video!

Hey great vid. I’ve been looking at one of these. Finally someone on UA-cam cutting poplar. That’s all we have around Saskatoon. How does the processor like trees that aren’t too straight?

It is faster than bucking logs and splitting them ,,but amazingly fast ahhh not so much

Is your firewood green when you split it or do you dry the logs out first thanks

  • @skeets6060

The biggest draw back I see is having to wrastle the log into the deck,, have a drop down chute like some of the other ones and a bit of a hoist, and you might just have a winner for a small owner operator

    • @jasonr5194

If you have your logs ready. You can do about a cord an hour. I’ll have another video with the hydraulic lift and infeed in action. You can take in 20’ logs.
I’ll also do a timed video so you know exactly how much can be done.

    • @jasonr5194

Ya the price is right. $8k for the unit. A crowd delivered is about $600, so it’s paid for itself 3 times over.

    • @hantao9119
      @hantao9119 9 місяців тому

He's probably talking about full cord, vs face cord. Also a full cord of poplar would give you 60 percent heat of say oak.

@@tommyturcotte Yes , you are correct the 500 would be awesome , shame it costs a lot of $$ , each serves a purpose , Im actually considering building a clone of the chinese units myself , only mine I would remove the rust before painting it .
