What a great class! I remember this technique when CDC came and taught at Amherst College back in 1977. I still play with this rebounding although I am not teaching or dancing. I now use it in physical therapy instructions to gain spine segmental stacking ad for neck ROM for posture. I must return to playing with the dance moves!
I always had questions about this technique as I had never seen a teacher teaching it like that!I wish I could come to your class!Thanks for sharing this video!!!!
