- We headed out to Missouri where ASRX Athlete, Brooke Wells, was preparing for the 2016 CrossFit Games™ Regionals. As if that was not enough, she also took a college final, did three photoshoots, and this interview all in the same day. Enjoy!

They are called "butterfly pull-ups" it's a crossfit thing. Risks major injury to the rotator cuff because they are usually going as fast as possible
