It just shows today’s generation that you CAN do anything you set out to do. I remember when Mark didn’t vlog for a bit also.. after he’d already started. He came back. Which also means- set out to do something... if you get frustrated, take a step back but don’t give up. Amazing!

I loved this podcast. Mark needs to do more interviews about himself because his story is motivational and inspiring. Pierson did a great job at hosting. I love the way he articulates his thoughts and he genuinely seems like a good friend to have. Adelina is so cute and she really does add a nice contrast to the two of you. Great job.

for what mark is asking about in terms of how to change his channel to reach a larger audience, if you look at logan and how he rebranded his channel he switched to shorter form fast paced vlogs similar to david dobrik and george has recently switched as well so you could try that. You could also look to collab with other bigger personalities to branch into their audiences as well.

I would love to hear old stories about filming and interacting with George, Alissa Violet, Tessa Brooks, like what were they like then compared to now. I know Mark recently filmed a show with Tessa, I would love to hear his relationship with her from her Team 10 days and then reuniting with her on a major project a few years down the road. Stuff like that. Mark talked about how he’s transformed so the insight on hearing him talk about his close group back then transform and what they’ve become, good or bad, would be fascinating. I remember seeing those vlogs in those days kept me entertained through really bad office times😂😂But after that vlog, it was sad to see you move out really quickly. Every podcast ever since Pierson joined is so much more. It's more of a learning experience and something a viewer could actually learn. I truly believe the mentality both Mark and Pierson share is phenomenal. I hope you guys keep this up and continue teaching Adelia.

Some advice as requested. Here's my perspective. You lost motivation and you surrounded yourself with people you can help, which is totally great. But you subconsciously do it so you don't have to spend time on you. Another point is your worry of failure. Huge energy suck. Don't be afraid to fail. Another point is that a lot of people were watching past vlogs to see logan as well. I think you guys have a good thing bringing in Adelia and Pierson, and Saxson. But you still have to make entertainment and follows the rules of engagement. Have your audience wanting to wait and see the next one and the next one, mystery, excitement. Stop and rest because it is noticeable when your tired and low energy and people like Winners, high energy, watching a journey of success. Look at your past great vlogs and break them down fundamentally and with respect to the season, and what was going on with your viewers at that time. Goodluck. Now its about working smart, not hard. Calmness and review, talking boardroom and white boards.

1. Make a new UA-cam channel, do crazy things that you want to do, try new ideas that restricts you on your 1st channel
2. Make a "Two men show clips" channel and put out interesting short clips on that from your podcast. I would love it and I'm sure people will love it. Short podcast clips with interesting title and thumbnail atleast gets my click everytime, even though I've seen full episodes.
I've been following your channel since you'd 30k and one of the reason I keep coming back is positivity that you put out.
It`s sad to see that the break up with Kylie affected you so much that now you don`t really wanna date, cause you can clearly see that Adelia is a very nice girl with a really kind soul and you guys have a damn nice chemestry together. SOME ADVICE FROM A LONG TIME FAN: stop being the "editor mark" or the "interviewer mark" or the "friend mark" or the "vlogger mark"and just be MARK. I said this before but your personality seems to be fickle because you are not vlogging your life but making your life about the vlog. take your own advice and dont post because you have to but because you want to. you alway make better videos when you take your time and i rather see that than 5 videos of you trying to make something out of thin air.
You couldn't have said it better....I started watching Mark Last year and although I enjoy his content I really struggle to like him and connect with him. Unlike the other vloggers and even Pierson and Adelia, they are mostly themselves even when they are making scripted content.... Mark overthinks this whole UA-cam thing, thinks this is a competition all we want is for him to be himself completely

I totally agree with you, because I have seen his videos not getting views showing his daily vlogs. I guess now it is the time he could share videos once a week because you will be lost focusing to do editing and not having time to have ideas and bring excellent content as in the beginning.

Bro I've liked your podcast over others on youtube. But tbh I don't even think its that good, it's just that other podcasts sucks so bad so this is the only podcast somewhat tolerable. What I really think will help is 1) More passion / energy. You always have an almost monotone, boring voice sounding tired af. Do you vlog late at night? You even sound sleepy. Now, with more passion, you can literally make a video about anything, so make content that you're PASSIONATE about. Your energy is so low lately man. Every human has passions, just be real with yourself on what your passionate about and that'll automatically bring out good energy making a good vlog. Hell, you should even make a video on discovering why other youtubers with worse content get more recommendations, since that's all that you talk about sometimes.
2) Please stop complaining. Bruh I don't want to hear you complaining about how other youtubers are getting more recommendations for worse content. Bruh I've literally heard you complain about this, sometimes it's annoying, almost made me dislike this video. Now this ain't what you want to hear, but it's the truth. It's so cringe and annoying to hear that as an audience.

Logan, Jake and Greg actually talked about where they got that work-your-ass-off-mindset on Logans podcast, they basically (just like Mark) worked their asses off when they were younger, they cleaned like hoarders houses for their dad
To answer your question Mark how to get more views, maybe try to think more like a businessman, try to use a different variety of platforms to advertise yourself, because I don't see you anywhere, even on Instagram stories - your not posting about your videos. Try to change your mindset and start to think outside the box how you can find more people that are looking for the content you provide. I believe it's not the problem with the product, but with the business plan that selling the product.
Work smarter, not harder.

The mindset is completely different for people who are actually winning big. You might run into 1000 people and only one will have the mindset Mark is talking about that is considered "crazy"
You're reasoning for being ok with Logan breaking your stuff is unhealthy. You're essentially saying it's ok to let your boss destroy your stuff because they pay you or give you free stuff and if you retaliate, you're disrespecting them after everything they've done for you. Respect is a two way street regardless of what someone has given you. Logan could have disconnected the booster instead of destroying it. Just because the dude has enough money to replace it does not make what he did OK.
