Two months ago I purged , and got rid of a bunch of hp planners I never used. Just kept the discs. My daughter took a few to redate. But it was such a relieve.

It’s your stuff and your channel. Do what makes you happy. People seem to be more critical all the time. Planning is what makes some of us happy. Don’t let the critical unhappy people bring you down. Some people are not happy no matter what. You do you! You go girl! Hugs, treen 💕💕💕
I set up a BIG happy planner thinking I would use it. What I discovered is that instead of planning in it I store papers for our home. So it has a purpose but not planning and no monthly, weekly, or daily. I'm back to using my A5 ring agenda for planning and my TN for journaling and on the go.
I think it is a wonderful thing to find new homes for items that you will not use. 💕

It’s the internet and so many people have so much to say about anything and everything. It’s your stuff. You do whatever you want with it. This is why I can’t be a content creator because I can’t see myself constantly explaining myself to people. The way I feel is that everyone should respect anyone’s content. It’s simple if you don’t like it you just don’t watch it and look for content that’s more fitted to your lifestyle or taste. There are too many online self righteous police in the internet. Try not to get too overwhelmed. Be yourself and don’t let anyone bully you out of what you like show people.
I used happy planner for many years. most of the time it was the big happy planner. I switched to Erin Condren last year. Honestly I love them both but always wanted an Erin Condren planner and I have a physical store 15 minutes from me. Last years planner ended this July and I couldn’t bring myself to throw it away. It’s in the back seat of my car right now. This year I have 3 Erin Condren planners. One for home, work and school. Also, do what YOU want and makes you happy. I feel you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone.
Doesn’t matter if things were gifted to you or you paid for it - if it’s cluttering up your space not being used it has to go. Clutter is not good for your mental health. I found this video really helpful thank you.

OMG!! You have the pink marble HP discs. They are my favorite. They were on my first ever happy planner and I got rid of most of my plastic disc because I prefer metal but I will never get rid those ones away.
Oh, also, I think the monstera leaf sticker book holder on your studio landing shelf by the stairs is a gorgeous color, even if it is because it is faded! I would keep it. I also think if you have all of your wellness sticker books together like that, they should be fine if you want to just flip through them when you are using them. Otherwise, I might tear them down if you think using them that way would be easier for you.
I just saw your video and after watching it, I've subscribed to your channel. I love decluttering, especially the older I get. Please don't pay any attention to the critics. They don't have to agree with what other people do or even watch, but it is so sad they feel the need to be hateful/judgmental about it. There are many reasons to declutter and if people don't want to that's fine too. I like the idea that if I am not able to, or don't want to, use some things anymore, that someone else can. I enjoy watching planning videos and also decluttering videos, as they both motivate me how to use what I have or let go of things that aren't working for me in this season. Thank you for sharing!!

Happy Planner just had a sale and after purchasing a few things, it prompted me to really go through my stuff and see what I have.

I recently bought the happy planner layouts off Etsy so I never need to buy anything from a sale again.
There are a few other discbound babes at my job so I’m planning to giveaway a lot of accessories to them.

May I ask you a question? I see a lot of HP users seem to be converting to EC. I use HP because of its accessibility and costs. But I have wondered about EC, but I did not want to spend the money and then find out I didn’t like it. Will you please explain your reasoning and thoughts for using the EC?

I loved Biz Babe colors and stickers but that layout did not work for me. I’m currently using Hoboniki but miss being able to move things around.
Hi Sarah, I really enjoyed this video! I have been organized, and decluttering my office, and my bedroom for weeks off an on now. I am pretty much done with my bedroom and it looks so much better! My office is mostly done. I just have so much stuff, there just isn't enough space in this room for it all. I have rolling shelves and carts in front of other shelves. lol I do try and condense, and donate, but I don't feel like I have that much stuff. Well, it is a lot of stuff, but I mean, it isn't all just planning. lol It is a section of Bible, and faith stuff, a section of photo albums, a section of keepsakes in a tub, etc. Plus I have a twin bed in here. So, I really try and use every little space as I can. So, I really enjoy videos like this where I can see how other people are using their space, and what they choose to keep or get rid of, and how they make their decisions, etc. Thank you!

It's funny how people can judge. Do you and what is best for. I decanter every so often. If we are being honest, we all have areas we need to declutter. Those jeans in the closet with tags.

Girl do you. We all at some point and time over shop for the in thing to adventurally find out that its just not your jam. There is no need to explain. I've gotten rid of so much cardmaking items/planner items, and I feel good that I have only what I want and need.

Love the mini monthly. I would definitely use that.
I do the same, I try looking for facebooks groups that love planning so I can donate to someone that is just getting into planning. Or someone that can't afford notebooks and sticker books. Great video, thank you for sharing.
Oh, receiving such donations would be a dream come true for me, but I live in South Africa and the shipping and handling can still be quite pricey.😅

I’m going from Classic to mini happy planner just to put my scripture writing in. I’m not buying anything new from Happy Planner until the one’s I have are full. Right now I’m experiencing Happy Planner burn out.

Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing. One thing you could change that would make the video more enjoyable for me would be to go straight to the decluttering instead of chatting to us for 4 mins about your rationale for decluttering. Thats just my preference though, I prefer shorter videos with less intro and less chatting, more declutering.
There’s also the fast-forward option.

She’d only be clickbaiting you if she 1) never addressed it or 2) did something weird like talk about how her sister/friend/mom doesn’t use Happy Planner so she stopped also.
