in terms of UK law. If you had blue lights and a PA system fitted to your vehicle but, genuinely didn't use them and just had it as a novelty, is it illegal just to have the actual lights fitted whether you had them on or not. e.g. if you got pulled and they saw it in your grille is that an instant offence even if you've never used them.

Right that’s my favorite part as well. Positive in a ground that’s why I didn’t show it. It was a common sense install and it wasn’t a information install video.

No it’s not illegal you can have it on your car if you want is just as long as you don’t use it that’s the only thing I installed this because I was going to car shows so I used to mainly for that
